NETGEAR Orbi Status

I suddenly cannot log in to Orbi via the App. It comes up with the login screen with Admin as the user ID but when I type in the password,I get an error "login timeout" try again. Any solution to this problem. I rebooted the all routers and uninstalled the App and reinstall but nothing is working so far.

No devices are able to detect orbi router and app also does not detect it. I have internet connectivity through LAN direct from modem. It completely removed my old network. Extremely frustrating.

Same here - App says, "We can't find your Orbi" - and I do everything it say I should do to make this work. Such BS.

Orbi app goes straight to network login screen and doesn't recognize password. Upgraded app, same issue. Rebooted router same issue. Have "remember me" on, use biometrics to access app, but can no longer use app to see my two networks due to this issue. Not going to reinstall two separate networks in two locations to try to get this app to work. Wth???

Same issue here. Unable to connect to Orbi router from app. Ran through all the troubleshooting, rebooting all devices etc, All devices are connecting but unable to admin anything on network. Still getting blazing speeds to the devices!

I cannot login as admin on the Orbi App. I contacted support on May 31, 2022 and after about 10 minutes, I was told the last firmware update messed things up and there is no time line to when this will be fixed. Anyone know anything else?

Recently my Android Orbi app fails to connect with the router. I had tried turning off modem and reconnect following the procedures, I also tried uninstalled the app and installed, tried clearing cookies on my smartphone but nothing works. Need help.

Glad I'm not alone. Is there an estimated date for this app issue to be resolved?

Same here. Joining to see if there are any updates. Netgear won’t help. Geek squad won’t help unless I just return product, which I may do.

Same issue here. My Orbi app has worked for several months, but recently is failing to reconnect with the router. This happens on the WiFi LAN as well as on the Internet. Running firmware V4.6.3.16_2.0.51 on my main router and 2x satellites. I am running version 2.17.0.171 of the iOS app, on iOS 15.4.1. I rely on the app to administer my router and satellites (the devices' http interfaces are very basic and lack a lot of functionality that the app offers). Netgear, please resolve this bug ASAP!!

I am having the same problem here with Orbi App cannot connect or find my router and satellite while I am connected with internet! Reboot my AT&T Modem, Orbi Router and Satellite three times as well reinstalled the Obi App twice on my Android phone without correcting this issue. My Orbi Router and Satellite firmware are currently both updated with latest firmwares. Very frustrated and not sure what else to do at this point! Any advice or help 🙏 will be appreciated. Thank you.

New app update not working

Same problem here. I phoned them and they said their developers are working on a solution for the app.

Performed router satellite update and after update the router works, but orbi app will not connect. Deleted and reinstalled app, but it does not recognize working network. How can I fix without having to reconfigure my working network.
