Summary of Orbit Problems 🔥

- Keep trying to find all in my house. Saying all battery not showing.

- Utilizes a ton of battery to the point where if you have your orbit and phone linked for an hour or so the phone battery completely depletes trying to stay connected the whole time.

- You have to be within 10 feet to even find the orbit, it tells you a general area of a location but doesn’t show you the actual location of the keys.

- App would crash.

- They will only take it back if you have never even opened/used/experienced the orbit.

How to fix Orbit app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Orbit app on iPhone
Update Orbit app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Orbit iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Orbit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Orbit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Orbit Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Orbit not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Orbit App
1. On android, goto Settings » Orbit » click [Force Stop]

Update Orbit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Orbit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Orbit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Orbit.

Fix Orbit unable to contact server/ Orbit internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Orbit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Orbit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
