I have Fuze on iPhone and is won’t seem to work Thru my Surfshark VPN. Do I need to adjust a setting? Or does Fuze mobile app simple NOT WORK at all Thru any VPN?? And if so any plans to fix that??

How to fix Fuze app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fuze app on iPhone
Update Fuze app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fuze iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fuze on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fuze network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fuze Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fuze not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fuze App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fuze » click [Force Stop]

Update Fuze to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fuze App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fuze » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fuze.

Fix Fuze unable to contact server/ Fuze internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fuze » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fuze » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fuze
