I have Fuze on iPhone and is won’t seem to work Thru my Surfshark VPN. Do I need to adjust a setting? Or does Fuze mobile app simple NOT WORK at all Thru any VPN?? And if so any plans to fix that??

Close and restart the Fuze app on iPhone
Update Fuze app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fuze iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fuze on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fuze network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Fuze app issues:

Force Stop the Fuze App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Fuze app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Fuze to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fuze App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Fuze app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Fuze.

Fix Fuze unable to contact server/ Fuze internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Fuze » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Fuze » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fuze on android.
