When messages are sent it will not receive them just shows connecting to wi fi updating then the same screen appears it will not display new messages Password P47C-JZKW Can you tell me how to fix this so I can get messages coming in

My Lovebox froze on the screen where it says “Connecting to the Servers of Love” and won’t go any further.

No matter how many times I move it or unplug it, it tells me it failed to connect. What can I do to fix it?

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent LoveBox app issues:

Force Stop the LoveBox App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click LoveBox app. » click "Force Stop".

Update LoveBox to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LoveBox App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "LoveBox app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch LoveBox.

Fix LoveBox unable to contact server/ LoveBox internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click LoveBox » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got LoveBox » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
