I cannot download the Hospital Living App on my TCL10 Android phone. I get an error that says try again later. I've been trying for 2 months. What do I need to do?

When I am in the app and go to “discover” under “all” it says “no content, please adjust your filters to see more content” my filters are set exactly like my husbands and his works. I have uninstalled it several times and looked for updates.

How to fix Gospel Living app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Gospel Living app on iPhone
Update Gospel Living app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Gospel Living iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Gospel Living on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Gospel Living network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Gospel Living not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Gospel Living App
1. On android, goto Settings » Gospel Living » click [Force Stop]

Update Gospel Living to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Gospel Living App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Gospel Living » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Gospel Living.

Fix Gospel Living unable to contact server/ Gospel Living internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Gospel Living » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Gospel Living » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Gospel Living
