I signed up to send messages to my 7-year-old nephew. Sent 3 messages and never got a reply or saw anyone else’s messages. A friend of the family started it and I joined up but saw no value and stopped using it. I just got a charge of $49.95. Please refund it and cancel my subscription. Very disappointed. Thank you.

Hi! I've been a user of love box for almost a year now and I am beyond disappointed with your latest update. I can no longer spend coins to get new templates and now have to pay monthly for them? This is so disappointing. Just another way for you to scheme money out of people who already have your product. I have recommended love box to 4 people who have bought them because of my recommendation. I understand it isn't an expensive monthly payment but I am young and just starting to live on my own and it's not something I can afford now. I thought your company truly cared about bringing for families closer together through your product and I have been beyond happy until now. It's sad to see your company now requiring more money for something that was making people smile and feel connected miles away. Now the love coins are just to "show how much love you've sent" and that is so upsetting. I enjoyed sending more and more pictures daily just so I would be able to unlock more things and make them smile. Now there is no goal to the app you either pay the money or don't get the templates. I will not be recommending this product anymore and plan to post on my social platform about it because my followers enjoy seeing me use your product. No idea how many of my followers have went and purchased because of me, but it's safe to say some have. I will not be providing the free advertising on any of my platforms now, and was happy to until the company decided money was more important. If you're in that desperate of a need maybe increase the prices of your boxes? Become creative with more than just different varieties of hearts and add additional fees for things like video capability, possibly larger sized boxed for larger pictures to be seen for those of us who send to grandparents with poor vision. I could go on and on about ideas for your product to be more successful and make more profit, but taking away from people who were excited to spend their love coins and work for a goal is not the way. My family and following on all platforms will be just as disappointed as me.

I do live in an apartment and connect my lovebox directly to my wifi server with a mac address. I am still experiencing issues and have not been able to use my lovebox ever since I got from significant other a year ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you, Hannah

I'm the admin on my Wife's Love box App but when I try to open her account on my phone to send her something it doesn't give an option to choose any messages as before. Is y'all's service obsolete now or what could be the issue?

My love box has disconnected. When I send messages it does not display. I tried to fix it and it constantly says connecting to server of love and the days later says it fails to connect. I would love to fix it or if not, I have had it for less that 2 years so I still qualify for the warranty.

This app used to be good. Now, most of the good templates are locked behind a $5/month pay wall. You pay $130 for the box and then expected to shell out even more money every single month? It’s shameful.

You have multiple options of messages to send to your box. You can send images from your camera roll, templates of images provided in the app, or gifs also provided by the app. The images from your camera roll are free to send. There are free options for the templates and gifs and then there are others that are locked behind the subscription. The free templates are nothing short from a horrendous eye sore. Images and gifs that are laughable in quality. Everything that it at least decent or better, you must pay for.

This company was ruined by greed. It is more than a joke that you need to pay more than $130 for the box to use the good features. The product used to be worth the price, however, this is no longer close to being true. Avoid at all costs.

Can’t join through a university wifi...

I love this product. Everything about the love box is amazing and I think the concept is extremely unique and effective! My girlfriend recently moved into a university apartment and it has a wifi that you have to sign into using the web. Unfortunately, for some reason this app does not support this way of connecting to wifi. I now can not use the product in itself and I haven’t been able to use it for a while. I don’t want to call this product a waste of my $100 but at this very moment, there’s no denying that it is. I would love to use the Love Box again but I’ve looked in the FAQ and the last time this problem was brought up was years ago. There hasn’t been an update regarding this issue and the Love Box seems to ignore this problem. It’s upsetting that there doesn’t seem to be a resolution to this issue in the foreseeable future.
If, however, the Love Box team does fix this issue, I would have no issue stating that this little box is one of the greatest gifts I have given my girlfriend. :)

Love The Box But $5???

I love the idea, I love the box and I don’t regret buying it whatsoever. In fact it is both my boyfriend and I’s favorite gift for each other. I even highly recommend getting it as it’s easy to set up as well. Not only that but it’s just really cute and good for people or couples who send little endearing messages to each other through the day. I mean it when I say I love it!!! HOWEVER, although everything is amazing I don’t see why I have to spend $5 every month for a subscription for decent templates in the app after I bought 2 of their boxes… which is A LOT of money. It’s disappointing and I sort of feel scammed into paying even more than the 2 boxes for some decent creative templates. I liked the original send to earn coins and then use them to purchase stickers. But if needed to compromise I would change the app to have non-LoveBox users (people without the actual box) get a subscription option but for those who actually purchased the not-so-cheap box to not have to pay even more for something decent.
