App does not load login screen, stuck at 100% loading

Not able to top up even though there are no problems with my bank. Bank said its a problem with Digicel

My Digicel app will not open . I reboot the phone yesterday , then click on it and it opened . Cannot open again.

I am trying to pay my bill for the last week using the app I am getting an error message "error message code c400 .My son also tried on his phone and same error message. It is very disheartening to keep trying and having my phone discontented .I used the yooz app to pay my bill however this will only be reflected in 24 hrs which is very inconvenient in the event of any emergency.

So i cannot refresh my digicel app.. It keeps telling me the new balance and amount of data that i have its been happening since a week now..... I need assistance please!

App does not work once you move off of Home Screen to use another part of it. Simply will not return to home screen and just spins. Been like this for a week now!
