I am trying to pay my bill for the last week using the app I am getting an error message "error message code c400 .My son also tried on his phone and same error message. It is very disheartening to keep trying and having my phone discontented .I used the yooz app to pay my bill however this will only be reflected in 24 hrs which is very inconvenient in the event of any emergency.
