When I try to view driving data on app I get an error message as follows:- {“error”: “invalid_request”: “error_description” : “mismatching redirection

Unable to access SatNav. Says we have to go through Shop. Then we get a message "Unable to connect to the Shop. Error code: ERR_BEN_A0000" During one attempt we got a message saying to check User Security setting and what it entails?! We have tried the same process on every security setting now. Nothing works. We cannot find anything about this error code online. Whose brilliant idea was it to scrap a hard copy manual? Nobody seems able or willing to help. Tried phoning the place we brought the car - brand new I might add - they made some suggestions that haven't worked. Tried going to nearest car sales, they just said go back to where you bought it. Loath to make a 2 hour plus drive (each way) when they can't help over the phone I suspect they can't help if we go there. Can't even get through on the phone to any VW specialist that are only an hour away. I think we would be better off with a horse and cart and am beginning to think we have wasted a lot of money! PLEASE HELP!

Not doing any function like lock unlock, remote start. Error problem sending your command. says doors unlocked and they are not. tried discontinuing app and loading again, still doesnt work

The estimated mileage after a full charge is 100 miles low for some reason. Only on the app. Not in the car. Has been this way for about a month. Have rebooted the phone.

Left door appears as unlocked in the MyVW app, even though it is locked.

The refresh is really slow. It’s like it takes forever for commands to get through. Climate control on etc.

My car is plugged in to a charger right now, has the pulsing green light. The app states "charging off". I click on it to start charging, it notifies me "Success! charging started" but still says under charging that it is "off".

It’s plugged in but charge status in the app does not show charging. A notification did pop saying it’s charging. This is a brand new car.

Consistently not logging in, or if I do get logged in I cannot use the remote start, the circle keeps spinning then the app just crashes. Really frustrating.

Trying to add my car, says invalid vin #

Car is charging but app says charging is off so progress cannot be monitored.

Not connecting to vehicle. States "Vehicle status cannot be refreshed".

I can only get the message 'You cannot be logged in at this time' but it has been an ongoing issue for several hours today

My VW Id keeps asking foe vin, it then says your Vehicle is is not eligible foe my VW yet.

Keeps telling me VIN is incorrect. I scan it directly from the Car Title certificate.

App doesn't seem to connect to my car anymore. Says my rear driver side door is still open and unlocked. When i try to refresh the app an error message says "Vehicle status could not be refreshed." Also doesnt how my mileage and distance traveled as well.

My VW app stopped working since yesterday Wednesday June 15th at 9:11am PST. No matter how many times I’m updating the app, still not working. It’s not sending any order to my 2021 Atlas. I should say that I’ve recently updated the app(IOS user) I wonder if it could be related to this update. Any advise ? Thnx

myVW app won't update battery information. Says car is not charging or is charged when it is. Please advise. Please note - tried rebooting phone.

My car information will not refresh or connect to the car

App not working. Asking me to create account.

App not working. Shows me as guest instead of primary user. No car status details or controls available.

App won’t load correct info. It seems to have located up on the metrics but will allow me to move through and check out settings. Yeti can’t get it to select anything. It’s actually been wiggy since I got the car 3 da Yes ago

Able to login in. Shows windows down on image of car yet they are not down and will not allow me to lock doors via app as I’ve always done. Attempted last several days with same issues. It returns an error message to try again later.

App appears broken. Battery percentage won't change. Clicking on the charging option does nothing. Many, many, many of us having this problem.
