Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Lovense Connect app issues:

Force Stop the Lovense Connect App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Lovense Connect app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Lovense Connect to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lovense Connect App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Lovense Connect app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
