I cannot plays the streams in my faves section. When I press one of them. It just stops then an error occured I cant see the any other list in all sections. I need to shut the app completely the It works as it is supposed to but again, If try to play one of my faves same problem occurs again.

How to fix Mubert app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mubert app on iPhone
Update Mubert app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mubert iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mubert on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mubert network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Mubert Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Mubert not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mubert App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mubert » click [Force Stop]

Update Mubert to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mubert App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mubert » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mubert.

Fix Mubert unable to contact server/ Mubert internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mubert » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mubert » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
