hoopla Digital Status

I have to keep downloading my borrowed title. It undownloads. Within 24 hours.

Hoopla, for the past 24 hours has said 'Something went wrong, please try again later' consistently. For a few hours, nothing would load at all. Now my books show in the list, but still won't open. I've uninstalled, I've cleared the cache. I've installed the latest update. Nothing works.

App works fine on my ROKU but will not open on my Chromecast with Google TV. Is the app not compatible with my Chromecast?

borrowed an ebook and tried reading it on MacBook.It is stuck in loading pages and does not advance.Tried restarting my computer with no other app in the background.does nothing.

“Something went wrong!” Message no matter what I do. Reinstalled app, restarted phone, etc. Can’t even click forgot password without the message.

All books and information have suddenly disappeared from my Hoopla app. I was in the middle of a book yesterday, but this morning there is nothing there. I’ve reinstalled the app, but no difference.

My borrowed books are not loading. Cant see any of my books!

I cannot listen to my books I have borrowed. No audio at all. Please help!

Won't let me sign in on the app. Works fine in a browser but the app says my account doen't exsist. Have tried deleting the app, shut off the phone than I reinsatlledthe app, but this doesn't work either.

My Holds tab is gone!

I have sound but no video on a Samsung lite 7 tablet.

"something went wrong" message repeatedly

Downloaded audiobook on HOOPLA it won't play on my phone (iphone xr). I hit play and it stays on 0:00. Doesn't advance at all. Opened same book on my computer and it plays fine. What is happening?

I got a new phone and hoopla books have no sounds.

Cannot open Hoopla after initial download. Powered off phone to shut everything down tried to reopen. Does not work. Only works on the initial install. Someone tried to help me, I followed instructions and responded the change in title to let them know it's not working but no one ever got back to me. All permissions are active on my end & it used to work for me. Is there anything else I can try?

When opening one book it closes instantly and shuts down app. Other books are OK

I've tried to download 3 different e books but the pages are copied in half lengthwise. I can't read unless i swipe back and forth and sometimes not even then because the words are cut in half. I've checked my settings and there ok. Can you tell me how it fix this problem. I was really liking this app.

Not accepting my sign on information and when I try to reset password it says try again later.

On my iPhone, no sound from audiobook just downloaded. Sound from audiobook downloaded a week and a half ago, which audiobook I've finished listening to, and which I told hoopla to delete - it didn't. On my MacBook Pro, no sound from any audiobook. This app used to be good, but now it STINKS.

We are unable to watch any Hoopla shows on our tv. When I hit play it keeps going back to the play button. It is not a problem with the internet or tv. We even reinstalled the app, but to no avail.

Have been trying to stream a borrowed movie through Roku app for two days and it won't play. I can watch a previously viewed show, but not a newly borrowed one. I can watch on laptop, but it won't stream to Chromecast. It looks like all the software is updated. My sister has not been able to even borrow anything for almost three days.

I got a new phone & downloaded the Hoopla app. I am able to borrow ebooks & download them. But when I want to read them, it gets stuck on “ calculating pages“. The book will not open to read. Thanks for any help! -Esther

I live in Indiana. At one time I had a Lake County library card. My Hoopla access was associated/linked with Lake County library. I no longer have a Lake county Library card do to a move and sale of real estate. I have valid library cards for Westchester Public Library, LaPorte County Public Library and St. Joseph County Public library. I believe all three offer Hoopla but I cannot access Hoopla because it always reverts back to Lake County Public Libary. How can I correct this?
