Amazon search not working. When you search a song or an artist, another song or artist is loading. On a album, impossible to go back to the previous title.

All my songs have disappeared and podcasts will only play for a few seconds before stopping. Have restarted device, cleared cache, reinstalled app with no sucess

I've used this app for years. All of a sudden it can't find my 700+ songs that I have downloaded from Amazon Prime. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but have had no luck getting it to see my music.
