How to fix DEGIRO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DEGIRO app on iPhone
Update DEGIRO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DEGIRO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DEGIRO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DEGIRO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

DEGIRO Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DEGIRO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DEGIRO App
1. On android, goto Settings » DEGIRO » click [Force Stop]

Update DEGIRO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DEGIRO App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DEGIRO » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DEGIRO.

Fix DEGIRO unable to contact server/ DEGIRO internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DEGIRO » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DEGIRO » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
