- No option to remove the feature that pauses the movie after 4 hours
- Pricing is quite expensive
- DirecTV agent support is not helpful in resolving issues
- No indication of already viewed shows in a series
- Keep Watching message is annoying and should reset with any activity
- Directional buttons on the remote don't work in the app sometimes
DirecTV Stream app on Roku stick and Roku3 occasionally does not allow me to pause, rewind, or change channels but does allow the Home key to go back to the main screen. I have tried reinstalling batteries, re-pairing the remote, reinstalling the app, checked internet connections (all other stream apps are fine). While watching a recorded game, tried to fats-forward over halftime, didn't work. Restarted the Roku and it allowed the fast-forward but I couldn't stop it unless I used the home key and didn't pick up where the fast forward left off. Happened on 3 Roku devices so far.
