- Interface and navigation/activation speed could be better
- No ability to carry a purse or buy a monthly bus pass
- Does not interact with the Orca system
- Useless to daily commuters
- Work and slog required to get it up and running and use it causes embarrassment for visitors to Seattle
- App crashed over and over, holding up others behind me

I purchased 6 light rail tickets from SeaTac to west lake and the app is not showing the tickets, though it has charged my card.
I cannot login the app, please help Email: vvaacc@redacted I come from Hong Kong and will arrived US next week, please help
App keeps crashing and closing on me.
Can't get eticket from Newcastle to Union senior return
Can not login after registered.
App won't let me enter payment options.
