App won't let me buy any bus tickets for the day. I just keep getting order failed, despite having the funds. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared data and cache. Nothing.

My mobile app keeps reporting error when I login through email and password. I reset password and use the new password to login, but the error still bumps up and says “incorrect password”. Is my account deactivated?

How to fix OC Bus app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the OC Bus app on iPhone
Update OC Bus app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall OC Bus iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix OC Bus on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve OC Bus network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

OC Bus Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix OC Bus not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the OC Bus App
1. On android, goto Settings » OC Bus » click [Force Stop]

Update OC Bus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear OC Bus App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » OC Bus » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart OC Bus.

Fix OC Bus unable to contact server/ OC Bus internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click OC Bus » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto OC Bus » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch OC Bus
