I renewed my senior railcard and cannot download it. The + symbol is no where to be seen. I have given the app full permission to do anything and everythig it needs all to no avail. Your app previously worked perfectly, and I have no phone issues with the many other apps on my mobile. can I have a plastic rail card? A very frustrated customer.
I used to book flexi tickets all the time. However the payment t screen when I by a flexi or season ticket keeps crashing. I do t experience the same problem With sta card single or return tickets. I have exchanged multiple emails with Trainline.com but haven’t got anywhere.
My app wont allow me to purchase more than one ticket. It has defaulted to my name and wont change to 2 or 3 passengers that I normally travel with.
For weeks now almost every search I run on the Trainline app, or indeed website, brings up a message saying no journeys can be found. The trains do exist - I can find them through National Rail Enquiries - they just don't seem to exist on Trainline. I have been having to book directly with the rail companies.
I cannot buy a student railcard for my son. The app wont let him do this either. All our cards 4 in total have been declined. I do not undetstand the reason for this.

Trainline app not working for several days. I made a complaint after missing my trip because ticket would not get uploaded on the app. Now, even the e-mail of their customer support line is no longer working.

Trainline app is not working. Seasonal ticket has now vanished. Also not displaying train times.
My flexi tickets are not showing on my app. The app would not let me login this morning and now it has my tickets have vanished. I had to buy a extra ticket to work which is frustrating as I have a unused journey I will not get to use up this month!

Hi, I have the trainline app and every time I try to pay with my debit card it won't happen. Strange because I managed to change the date / time of my train ticket but I can't change the other ticket that I need to do by the 06 07 22. Please contact me ASAP
I used to love train line but for the last 6 months its not been working,I love the trains but when you plan a journey it just tells you that there are no trains or there's a problem,please please try to fix it or up grade the app,thank you Kevin hope
