    I get email message saying I have a new AVS. I click the link. It goes to a browser page and, after thinking for a minute, asks me to download the app. I already have the app, but I click the App Store icon anyway. It shows me the installed app. I click to open the app. There is no new AVS. Good lord, it’s not 2006 any longer. This should work without a hitch like it does in virtually every other app: the server should detect the installed app and swizzle to it from the browser page.

    Horrible website

    I can’t log in easily. You always want me to change my password. Why don’t YOU remember my password. I Wait and then try again. Sometimes it works and then sometimes not. ?? I do not see a button to view sent messages. Oh there’s one now! I have 2 accounts on the Website, mine and my husbands. When I logged him out the last time you kept his log in, i was not able to re enter a user name so now I cannot change it anymore. So you locked me out of mine. I need mine tomorrow to message my doctor. I cannot hear on the phone to call so I rely on the website. Ever sense the website has been installed it has not worked. FIT IT. I would give it a NO star if I could. Because for me now it is useless. My only alternative is to have someone else call for me. I hate this website. And that’s how I feel. SZ PS the only thing that I can give a star to is the Blood test results that is good because it is easier to check now. But if I cannot log in that is useless also. New development as of April. My husband and I are on this website, so now when I sign in I get only my husbands data I am locked out of mine. We have 2 different user account sign ins but when using either one I get only my husbands account. This website must be run by the government it does’t work??LOL I must keep a sense of hummer so not to get angry.

    Best App!

    The App offers an easy navigation system for anyone to use. The fingerprint access makes the login process so much easier. I enjoy the ability to check my lab work results and set appointments with ease. So many features on the new app that makes this app the best I’ve used in the past ten years. For those who wrote a bad review, I suggest you educate yourself on how to utilize the app. Also, the app is not responsible for your doctors lack of response.

    Awful

    First of all, I’m constantly bounced around from website to app and having to re-enter my password every time (even when I’ve checked “Remember me”). I see my doctor every month, but it still lists my primary care doctor as one I haven’t seen in 5 years and another I saw once while at the emergency room. Trying to change this information myself is impossible. Your ads boast you can make an appointment on the website, but only a handful of doctors actually allow you to do so. I think whoever designed this app was overthinking it and missing what users actually need to do: make appointments, contact their cars team and LOG IN.

    Website is broken

    Website is broken; it keeps directing me to use the app. So I downloaded the app and it doesn't work in landscape mode on my iPad. It's no surprise that this app has 2 stars. A competent developer would have made it work in all orientations; who knows what else they screwed up. Are they competent enough to keep medical information private? I doubt it and I literally don't have enough confidence in them to bother turning the iPad sideways. They screwed up a website that had worked for years to push people to use this garbage app. I need to find another place to go; PAMF is not worth the $1100 a month I pay for health insurance.

    New website rating

    I find this new website to be horrible! I don’t see a button to navigate to refill a prescription any longer, which was very convenient to me. If I receive a message from my care team and I do not reply or respond, then I start receiving phone calls. I don’t always check my emails daily (to me - the messages are just informational reminders that do not need to be answered) and find that the phone calls are annoying. I’m sure there’s more to complain about if I studied it more, but I don’t have the time to make it a priority. Annoying and inconvenient.

    Billing functionality

    I had a bill to pay for my child’s recent visit. In the app there is a billing icon under my profile however it does not show my child’s bill. I switch to his profile and there is no billing option so I couldn’t pay his bill via the app. However, I did go to the Sutter website and was able to pay it from there. Would be nice to be able to pay bills for ANY profiles under your account.

    The app logs you into the desktop website

    The app logs you into the website, which appears to have nothing that’s mobile-optimized or even mobile-ready. On it, the only function (of several) that worked when I tried was viewing test results (get ready to pinch and zoom, since you’re looking at a desktop website). But you can do that, so I won’t give this only 1 star. But given that this app seems to only log you into the website, the app itself seems pointless.

    Getting better

    This app is getting better than it used to be! The fingerprint sign in really helps. The ability to pay the bill and schedule online is also helpful. Chat would be nice in the future.

    Not very good

    I like having my appointments and meds at a glance but when I pay my bill on the app i am asked to pay again at the office. I also get notified that I owe money and it doesn’t say why. I also recently learned when I send an email to my doctor pretty much anyone working at sutter can read it. I didn’t really care for that. It’s nice to keep track of your appointments but I recommend not paying the bill or communicating with your doctor on it.

    Helpful app

    Was able to easily log in, send and receive a message with my doctor, schedule an appointment and check in to an appointment ahead of time. App is simple and easy to use. I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews.

    Works wel

    Works well on iOS. I turns on Touch ID and that worked fine too. I was able to see everything I needed and communicate with my doctor. Works exactly as expected. I didn’t have any of the issues that other people have described.

    I have an Issue!

    Great app! However I’ve lost the ability to select an exchange calendar when saving appointment. It will only save to iPhone base calendars. Also, can you develop a way to clear the notifications/reminders? They are fairly annoying how they nudge every time users log in. Thanks!

    The worst

    I only gave it one star because I could not give it zero. Does not work with iOS. All attempts to contact PAMF about it have proved useless: persons one talks to or writes is powerless. They blame it on an August 2017 update. I have used My Health online with PAMF since it was first created, and now I find I cannot log in, it does not recognize me, and the so-called help line is so backed up with calls they ask you to call again later. Trying to cancel an appointment now and as usual I cannot get in to my account.

    Works well

    I don't like that they forced us to use an even more complex password in the app and online. There was a recent article that came out by the original author of recommended password requirements that explained there has been no increased security and that passwords that use multiple words (i.e. a phrase) are more effective.

The website is the worst I have ever experienced. I type a message to my care team and before I finish the app closes. I login in again and retype the message and get bounced again before I can send it. I tried my cell phone but the same thing happens. Fix the damn system. This happens all the time not just once!!!
