I'm trying to transfer my ball sort game with my level of 1126 from my Samsung S10E to Samsung Galaxy S23 phone. I have tried several times to transfer this game and when it transfers it goes back to level 1. My husband transferred his ball sort game from same type phone to our new same type of phone without any problem. Please advise how to correct this problem. Thank you
