My game just get problem suddenly. It get crashes when the data loading reach 88%. Already tried to uninstal and reinstal from both google store and apk file. But it still have the same problem

Won't load after update. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. After 10 mins, gives some message failed to update

Have tried for the last 4 days to play but game will not load past 55%! What is the solution please?

Has had problems, closing without asking if to. But now will not load!

2 issues. Research Center Chapter 5. The last objective to complete was to defeat level 5 zombie. I defeated level 5 zombie multiple times and the objective still does not state completed. I think it froze. Another issue is HQ level 14. To upgrade HQ to level 15 I need to upgrade Wall and Upgrade Research Lab to level 14. The issue here is, you can't upgrade Research Lab like other buildings. I'm not talking about Research Center by the way. I've contacted moderators for help. No answer from them. I've contacted customer support. No good answer's that fixed the issue. I've already clicked on fix game multiple times, and nothing fixed. I'm wondering if I just have to wait for the next update. When is that? I've already spent 100 dollars in this game. If you want more money; then fix these issues.

I got a refund on puzzles and survival for an accidental purchase I have 2 diffrent accounts on the game and now I can make any kind of purchase on either account with my Google play credit you guys locked my account or something and I need it fixed

Game with not load/start. I tried to use the fix game button, however game will still not start.

Game will not load as of this morning out of nowhere. Had previous issues with subscription so canceled and today was cancel day. Now won't work and can't even get in the game. I've invested alot of money into game and want a refund if cant get back in, sorry wont cut it. It simply will not load anymore everything was fine then 1 day it would not load an hasn't since I have a lot of time and pretty good bit of money I vested if it can't be fixed I'm going to talk to Google about getting a refund

I can't enhance my players when they reach the levels 10 and 30. When I try to do so I get a message that I need combat training manual 1, but I have 27 of them.
