How to fix Twiq app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Twiq app on iPhone
Update Twiq app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Twiq iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Twiq on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Twiq network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Twiq Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Twiq not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Twiq App
1. On android, goto Settings » Twiq » click [Force Stop]

Update Twiq to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Twiq App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Twiq » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Twiq.

Fix Twiq unable to contact server/ Twiq internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Twiq » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Twiq » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
