So i ordered 15 items and it got separated into 2 packages. I can see 13 items in pqckage 1 and i am able to track it but everytime i try to look at package 2 the app crashes. What should i do?

How to fix ZAFUL app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ZAFUL app on iPhone
Update ZAFUL app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ZAFUL iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ZAFUL on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ZAFUL network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ZAFUL Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ZAFUL not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ZAFUL App
1. On android, goto Settings » ZAFUL » click [Force Stop]

Update ZAFUL to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ZAFUL App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ZAFUL » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ZAFUL.

Fix ZAFUL unable to contact server/ ZAFUL internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ZAFUL » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ZAFUL » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ZAFUL
