- Half of the items disappeared from the cart without warning.
- Very slow to load.
- Takes you back to the very beginning of your search when you click on an item.
- Tracking number is untraceable.
- Had to wait for courier company to call me.
- One of the items didn't fit well and had to wait for an at home pickup.
- Latest update deleted my order history and nothing happens when I click “info” on the current order.
- Cannot see order status, tracking, shipping status or anything else on both devices.
Cannot access the checkout page, it brings me back to the bag
Everytime I click check out on the website the page never loads. I tried their app, and it takes me to a blank page that just says “Mango”
I can't seem to check out my items. Everytime I go to my bag, it says it's empty!
For the last two days I have a problem accessing the Mango app. The app crashes a few seconds after opening. I tried to open it after clearing the cache, but the situation is the same.
Have been unable to check out on Mango site for days. Every time I try it takes me back to the home page.
I can’t check out in the app or website from my phone or computer even with different payment options
I’ve been trying for many days to check out my purchase but it doesn´t work, it keeps sending me to home every time. I have also tried on the APP and with different browsers. It has happened before.
My bar code is denied every time
My mango App is not working whenever I wanted to used it in a bus Bar Code Rejected everytime
The app is saying “Network Unavailable” and is no longer available in the App Store. We were supposed to be notified when the new app - PatientLink by TrialCard - was to be released so we’d switch over. Unfortunately, with the network issues, I’m worried we won’t get that notification. I also can’t find PatientLink on the App Store.
Mango outlet won’t let me check out. No check out button to push just summary of items with total price. Super annoying!!!
