Hello this app community !!! I am so excited to share my experiences with previous orders from this site. A little about what I love purchasing from this app are, the many choices of bikinis of course! I am an ADICT of bikinis. The quality of each piece I received in the mail, I have to say were exactly what I expected from the model in the photo, which is what anyone could ask for. Each little bikini arrived in their own water resistant zip lock with the company’s logo on it. I thought this was a great way of packaging, because everyone has had that experience at the pool or the beach where they have no clue where to pack up their wet bathing suit when the days up, well now I have a way every time and they truly are water resistant. I love this company and will continue shopping from their site, but even with great company’s there are improvements to be made. If I had to make one improvement to this site, it would be to have tracking your package a little easier and quicker. I know standard shipping mailing won’t be at your door with a click of a button, but maybe some guidance to keep the customers mind at ease that their package isn’t lost. Overall I would give this site a recommendation to anyone of my friends, and trust me I will be making more purchases this new year.

Yes, it’s easy to assume that because the clothes on this site are very cute and cost effective that it’s a scam and you’re not actually going to get what you ordered however, I’m here to say that this is completely FALSE!
I have purchased quite a lot of clothing from this app and I can say that this store is 100% reliable! Every item I have received has come with rather quick speed, quality, and the items even reflect exactly what the photos look like online. I know that while shopping online many can run into the issue of not really knowing what clothing items might fit them however, due to the nature of their sizing charts (including various body measurements) I haven’t run into the issue of items being “too big/small”. Even so, there is luckily many different reviews on most products containing photos of the reviewers and their measurements to help you get an even better idea of sizing! One of my favorite things about this site are the consistent sales (which list items that are truly on sale and not just $2 off from the original price). Overall, I actively recommend this store to my friends and everyone who compliments my outfits because this app is truly a blessing that should be experienced by everyone!

Stole my money/ sold me an item that they didn’t have

So a few months ago, I ordered a sweater from their flash sale. A couple months passed, and I still hadn’t received it, so I sent them a message via their customer service chat inquiring where my item was. They told me that they didn’t have it anymore (never told me this beforehand) and that they didn’t even have it when I ordered it. First off, why would you even sell me an item you didn’t have anymore?? Anyway, they said I had two options: I could get a refund in store credit and use it as a discount on my future orders, or exchange for another item. I tried to use my refund on another item, but it only took off $2 from my $27 order. I sent them a message saying that I was upset that I couldn’t just get a whole item because they made a mistake and didn’t deliver my first order so I should NOT have to spend 10x the amount I originally spent (because my first order was $25 or so) and if they only let me use $2 of my refund on each order, I’m gonna end up having to spend WAY more than what I originally paid. I’ve continued to message them and have still not gotten a full refund of any sort. So basically, this app “sold” me a product they no longer had, took my money, and never gave me a refund, aka they stole my money. I’m extremely upset. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

AMAZING STORE

Such good quality for great prices. I absolutely love shopping here, it’s my top favorite online store. Got some super cute clothes for an unbelievable price and they were great quality. I was a little nervous to order clothes here at first because I thought they would be bad quality or I thought the clothes wouldn’t fit or would take forever to ship, but they are actually great quality, they fit perfectly, and they came right away, which was so nice! I hate waiting around for weeks/months for my clothes to come but these came within a week of ordering them! The clothes I’ve gotten are a spitting image of the pictures, They are true to size too, the sizing charts are a big help for sure. They have SO many options for clothes, great deals consistently, which is super nice, their clothes are SUPER CUTE!! I love their bikini/dress selections the most! This store will surprise you!

I know you’re looking at ZAFUL and thinking “yeah this seems like one of those trashy companies that use stock photos of cute clothes to sell garbage-quality knockoffs” because I thought the exact same thing. In the world of too-cute-to-be-true, I’ve had way more burns than successes. But I ordered a few pieces from this site (against my better judgment, tbh) and I was pleasantly surprised with the clothes I received. They do look like the picture! I won’t say the quality will blow you away- some things are more sheer than expected and have that texture of something definitely not off the Nordstrom rack- but otherwise the clothes are exactly what I wanted. They fit in the right places and looked GOOD. I can’t vouch for every one of their items; I only bought a few. But when I opened my first order and saw what arrived I instinctively reached for my phone to open ZAFUL again because I’m hooked now. Just take good care of the clothes (some small issues include thin material and potentially weak straps) and they should be well worth the inexpensive price you paid.

LOVE IT

About a year ago I was super nervous to make my first purchase at this app, but after getting a review from a close friend my worries were put at easy and I decided to go big, and after buying 20+ items, and being in love with each and every one of them I can assure you that you won’t regret buying from this app either! Every piece I got fitted perfectly and was just like the pictures, te quality was great and the prices incredibly affordable and to this day I’m still wearing those items I got a year ago and that says a lot about the quality! After my first purchase I went ahead and bought lots and lots (not kidding) of swimsuits and I can also say they’re good quality, affordable and just so trendy and cute! Today this app clothing makes up for more than half of my closet and I’m not mad about it! And also the costumer service did not disappoint me, they were quick to get back to me and solve any problems I had and the shipping only takes at the most 2-3 weeks. All and all I rate this app 5 starts because they deserve all of them!

This app is terrible

I ordered one coat on March 1st, 2019, with standard shipping. 8 days passed and i was starting to get concerned as the standard shipping says 3-9 days so i triple checked my email for a shipping confirmation and nothing was there. Meanwhile i was constantly getting emails with coupons (extremely annoying). So i decided to contact customer service. I pasted in my order number and immediately was told my item was out of stock. I ordered the jacket in white small, and it did not say out of stock before i added it to my cart, while i was putting in my payment info, or after i placed and confirmed my order. The agent on the other end was extremely unclear with why it was out of stock and what my options were, saying it would never go back on sale and then saying I could get it in 3 weeks and then saying I could only refund it. Customer service responds quick but is seriously unclear. I sent a screenshot of my order confirmation because the agent was claiming I did not pay for my order when I did, and as soon as I sent that screenshot they claimed i was using “abusive language” and ended the chat. I am extremely unhappy with my experience and will not be ordering from this site again. I would strongly suggest that you do not order from this app, terrible experience.

Love love LOVE!!

Literally my go to store for ANY cute bikini!!! I always like rotating my swimsuits every summer so buying a bikini set that’s over $50 is just a waste, especially after finding all the cute and unique bikinis on this app! They have every trend and so many options it’s hard to find someone else wearing the exact same one as you (which is often my problem if I buy bikinis from target). You’d think the bikinis would be a crappy quality with their prices too but the quality of these swimsuits is SO GREAT!!
The clothing is also great! I find the same quality and style of items I can find at Urban Outfitters or Brandy Melville for literally less than half of the price!! And you get points just for opening ZAFUL everyday.
Only thing that kinda bugs me is the shopping time because it could delivery fast or slow there’s no way to tell but when everything is so cute and cheap and high quality, it’s hard to complain! I just get so excited about the items I order haha

Terrible Customer Service

I have been given a different answer regarding my issue every time I call customer service. I always give it more than 24 hours for the email to reach me regarding my issue and I’m back to square one with an automated message asking me to explain my issue. I’m tired of explaining that I want a refund for items that were not delivered to me. The USPS delivered my package to the wrong address and although I do not blame this app for this mistake, they are not doing anything to try and figure out where my package went. I have contacted USPS and I was told the package was confirmed as delivered, but it was clearly not delivered to my home. Each time I call customer service I either get “we will follow up with USPS and start a claim so wait 5-7 days” waited and nothing. “We will process a refund for you please wait 24 hours for an email” waited and nothing. Or the last one, “we can not give you a refund you have to call USPS but I will follow this up with support”.....DIDNT I JUST CALL SUPPORT? I’m so confused. Why can’t my issue be solved over one simple phone call? I really like this app’s prices and clothing and I want to experience it for myself, but I’m not going to want to order again if I receive this kind of treatment. I just want some sort of solution.

this app is NOT it

let’s get some of the positives of this out of the way: good prices (certainly not dollskill prices for fast fashion), & they have lots of cute clothes (pretty much the only good things i can say). now to the negatives. all i have to say is oh my god where do i BEGIN with ZAFUL. checking in to get z points takes forever and i’m absolutely positive it’s intentional because i’ve restarted my phone multiple times and it’s never any faster. i’m 99% sure they’re doing this so that you lose your check-in streak and overall just get less points. the updates on packages are super slow and sometimes it just straight up tells me that there’s no tracking info on my package bc there’s something wrong with ZAFUL . just today it started showing me the tracking info again and there were updates from days and days ago that i was NEVER aware of because this god awful app is so slow. and now for the grand finale: SHIPPING. I HAVE NEVER HAD WORSE PROBLEMS WITH SHIPPING ON ANY OTHER WEBSITE OR APP. shipping for 3 items cost me $20. personally, i think that is OUTRAGEOUS. i honestly would be STUPID not to delete ZAFUL as soon as my package arrives.

I only get my suits from this site, every bathing suit says some thing different you feel sexy they fit you so well I love that they have pictures of regular women that have bought the product showing the pictures of them in it and there sizes so you can figure out ok my body proportion is like this and she’s my size so I’ll probably get this size and that is the biggest thing for me because it is so hard to just pick out a size when you don’t know how these bathing suits fit and you’re not trying them on you’re just guessing so that’s what attracted me to the site as well as the suits and the clothing they’re beautiful and the material feels so expensive and so soft on your body you can’t go wrong and if you have any problems the customer service is 10 out of 10 incredible they will literally go out of their way to help you every step of the way!!! oh can i mention the prices, ladies you can’t beat them.

Worst company

(Keep in mind this company pays people to write good reviews. Every good review on this is a paid person. Read the bad reviews and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY) This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never in my life written a bad review for a company but I had to with this one because it was so bad. I ordered something more than 2 weeks ago. 10 days ago I was notified that a shipping label had been created. It’s been 10 days and the shipping company still has not received the package. I have contacted this app customer service 5 times now trying to figure out why fed ex has not received a package that a label was created for 10 days ago and they keep giving me the runaround, will not answer my questions and repeat the same incompetent response each time. They keep saying the package has been shipped and telling me to be patient but I contact fed ex (the shipping company they use) and they assured me that they have not received the package yet. this app is by far the worst company I have ever ordered from and urge everyone to not waste their money because it will be stolen, they will not ship your package and they will not help you or answer any questions you have.

WHERE IS MY REFUND

Okay I have several issues so my first issue is I have refunded an item and I know Dham well it should be no problem because I placed the order that day they send me the email that night that they have refunded the order and TO MY SURPRISE I check my bank and IT IS NOT THERE I have not received my money for a refund so I go back to contact then and it is extremely difficult. I am very upset and disappointed I had very high hopes for ZAFUL but it is garbage and it highly disappoints me. I will be telling anyone who mentions ZAFUL that it is not reliable or responsive. My second issue is the shipping time. I had purchased a swimsuit for a trip I’m going on two weeks prior to going on the trip and I pay standard shipping. Standard shipping is usually 5-7 days. Hun it’s been almost two weeks and my swimsuit possible might not get here in time. It was my mistake for expecting it in standard time!?!? If you pay for standard shipping you should get it in standard time so shipping price is not at all fair or reasonable for the time in which it comes. You are not special if other companies do it you should do it to it’s just business. Another thing is I’ve called the support line and I was hung up on. Which is extremely rude.

Needs improved UX/UI

I am not writing this review based on the products or pricing in ZAFUL, I am writing this review based on my feedback from user experience and the layout and design. Credibility: I work for a software company whose app has been the top ten paid apps for months now, along with that I am an adamant online shopper and use many different apps on the daily.
ZAFUL needs a lot of work. It is not intuitive at all and you can easily get lost. You click into one spot and can’t get back, there’s SO much stuff everywhere trying to find something is a task in itself. The search only works in certain instances. I checked in fine the first three days I had it and now I can’t find the check in spot. So instead I go to read about zpoints, click the check in and it wants me to sign in again? I am already signed into ZAFUL , why should a user have to sign in again? And no option to sign in w/ facebook on that page like I have been doing. I can go on and on. Nothing makes sense in ZAFUL. Maybe just reconsider the functionality and design because it makes me so scatter brained every time I open it. Very counter intuitive. Might have good products, but I don’t even want to go on to search because it’s a mess.

My experience with ZAFUL!

I love this app! I have placed 2 large orders of bikinis, and every single one of them was amazing quality. These bikinis fit so true to size and we’re so so comfy! Not only were they made super well, but the colors and the patterns are so beautiful. this app bikinis are a 10/10 for me. Honestly, they are worth so much more than I had expected them to be, and they are so inexpensive. I’ve ordered bikinis from literally hundreds of brands, some being $200 for 1 bikini, and these from this app have been the cutest, most comfortable, affordable bikinis I have ever purchased. Also, I received my package so much sooner than I thought that I would. Overall, this app is the perfect place to order clothes for teenagers/preteens who are still growing because this app offers such a wide variety of super cute and comfortable clothes, that don’t break the bank every time you place an order. I literally have gotten so much for so little! I will continue to shop with this app!

Terrible service

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I’ve been an online clothing costumer for years and in all those years I’ve never had such a shady an untrustworthy experience. So I purchased two bathing suits and a week had passed and yet had not received a tracking number. So, I contact this app to make sure everything is all right with my order all to find out they had charged me for items that weren’t even available. I immediately let them know how wrong is this and they never assumed responsibility for this but worse, justify that it could be my fault for the time I add something to the cart and the time I purchase it , the item might not be available. I told them that’s a foul excuse , if something is unavailable, the company should inform you and not steel your money. Then this app told me if I wanted to replace the purchased item for another, to just pick another one and if there’s a money difference that they’ll send me a bill. NOOOO they should just owned up to their action, apologize, not give excuses and give an immediate full refund. Anyhow, I’m never purchasing from this app again . If I’d known about this, I would never even had trusted them in the first place. Always leave a review , positive or negative.

ZAFUL is a total mess

I ordered a package two weeks ago and the dispatch time continued to change from the date it originally was. If it says your dispatch day is the 19th, it’ll switch to the 27th that day and so forth. When you call customer service about it, their answer is that it tells you the estimated time in which it will be dispatched which will then give you a tracking number. It’s so inaccurate because they say the estimated time when ordering is 3-9 days for dispatch when really it can take up to 18+ just to be processed. I was told multiple things on what’s happening with my product. “It got lost”...”It’s out of stock”...”you didn’t pay for it” & I’ve heard each of these answers on the same day with three different helpers. I’m really starting to think they’re just scamming people with fake reviews. None of my friends have received any of their orders and calling to cancel it will put you in an endless argument of them trying to force you into keeping it. They’re either desperate for customers or all together scamming people for their money. Either way I’m NOT happy and would 100% recommend ordering off of the SHEIN app where they deliver in a timely manner and have great customer service.

I’ve made two large purchases from this app over the last couple of years. You truly get what you see and for the most part the clothes fit well and are decently good quality for being so cheap. My last order unfortunately a couple of things didn’t fit or weren’t good quality and I had to return, which has not been easy at all. They clearly state a 30 day return or exchange policy, no problem ! But when I sent them a request and did everything they asked (pictures, what was wrong exactly and what I would like) I got an offer of keeping the clothes for 30% back only. I had to argue their clear return policy before getting more options, so now I am just returning the select items for a refund. This said, I will probably continue to purchase from this app in the future but probably less and more selectively since it is so difficult to return or exchange.

DONT BUY!!

So I have had problems in the past with this company like them giving me wrong size swimsuits and stuff. This past week has been the absolute worst! I spent $25 on this really cute swimsuit, that was not labeled as out of stock! It was pending for around 5 days and it was getting kind of annoying because I spent and extra $11 on expedited shipping. I emailed the customer service and asked them why it is taking so long and they said it was out of stock and I need to wait an extra 14 days for it to be restocked! Are you kidding??? If it was out of stock why did it let me buy it?? I also tried to cancel my order on ZAFUL but every single time it said “erorr please contact our customer service” which is extremely weird because I have great service! My bet is that they’re literally trying to steal your money. I’m currently talking to customer service. If you want to wait 2 months for a swimsuit that is that great quality, go for it. But it’s certainly not worth hassle! I’ll update as I talk to the customer service people! I’m just appalled at how unprofessional this is. They should have just notified me a long time ago about how it’s out of stock suddenly.

Horrible Experience

I had a horrible experience with this app. Will not be shopping here again. I ordered 2 swimsuits from them back in June and the whole shipping experience was bad. When they shipped my order I haven’t received a tracking number to track my order or email letting me know that it was shipped, the delivery service that they used delivered my order to the completely wrong location, and when I reached out to them it was a horrible service. They made it seem like I was lying that I didn’t receive my package and it was delivered to the right address when I actually have picture proof that they were wrong. I even reached out to the delivery company and they were no help either & they said the same exact thing. A month and a half later after it got “delivered” a stranger had delivery my package to me to the right location that I actually stayed in and they told my how they delivered my package to the wrong place. Not even close to my real address. So I will never be shopping here again. I never had this experience with any other online stores that I shopped with before until I shopped here at this app… Never again

I’ve ordered jeans, dresses, shoes and accessories from them, and I have been 100% satisfied with the overall shipping, quality, the clothes aren’t a rip off or scam. My stuff is not coming

I went on this app for the first time and I loved it at first. It was pretty easy and everything was going great. I had 2 things in my cart to buy and and I proceeded to check out. I put in my information and all that but when it got to the credit card information the most annoying thing kept happening. I put in the numbers and all that and when I pressed continue it kept saying that the card I was using wasn’t valid or it just wasn’t working for some reason. I tried about 4 different cards a bunch of times. A visa gift card, credit card, debit cards and nothing was working. So after about 30 mins I just gave up. I accepted that I wasn’t going to get the things I wanted.
Later that night I went to check my emails. I had gotten like 10 different emails saying “thanks for your purchase” from this app. I was so confused. I went back to check and all of my order just said failed right next to them.
It’s been about 3 weeks now and I haven’t received anything from this app so I’m still not sure if I did something wrong or this app just charged me for something I didn’t even get or what’s going on.

Developers— read the reviews!

My heart hurts to see all of the people ZAFUL has scammed. And what makes it worse, is the fact that the developers do not care enough to write specific responses to ACTUALLY help their angry customers! Someone who takes the time to write a response saying how they fought with customer service does NOT need to see a response from the developers about how they need to contact customer service! I deleted ZAFUL immediately because I saw just how unsympathetic and rude this business is towards their customers. If you truly want to have a successful business, you have to CARE about your customer’s satisfaction. Purely because of how inconsiderate this business is to their customers, I will never, ever, buy from ZAFUL, or allow ANYONE I know to buy from this.
Also, developers, don’t even respond to me. You’re only going to make a bigger fool out of yourself by saying “We are sorry you are not satisfied with your order. Here’s a link to help...”. Because no amount of sorry could heal the damage you have done to your reputation.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING

YOU BETTER MAKE SURE EVERYTHING FITS BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING OR ELSE, THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN ANYTHING. Instead, they send you in circles and tell you they don’t have the “authority” to help.

I bought 4 bathing suits and a bralette crop top off of ZAFUL . 3 of the bathing suits were too small so I go to start the return process and get a return label and I had to download Facebook messenger just to contact them. I contact their support center and tell them the issue and they told me to click on a link they sent and submit a ticket detailing the issue. They said they’d get back to me within 24 hours. I submitted a ticket and waited a few days before messaging them again. They said the ticket was still open and that I had to reply with pictures of the bathing suits, the issue, and my order number. I did that and waited a few days and got no response yet again. I called their support center and they said that the ticket was closed but they had no authorization to help with the issue. So, I Facebook message them AGAIN and explain my troubles they tell me to email them and that they should reply with in 24 hours. Still haven’t gotten a response yet. NEVER ORDERING OFF OF this app EVER AGAIN.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. I ordered a pair of leggings and after about a month and it still hadn’t shipped, they Alhambra even processed my order, I tried to cancel to get a refund and all of a sudden my order is being processed and is being sent. Took over a month to get my order and when it arrived it didn’t match the description and the return policy is ridiculous. You can’t even return something without permission and your not guaranteed a refund. Every other website I have shopped on has had a full refund policy, even if it is the “customers fault”, and they don’t make you run in circles for a measly 20% refund. I also find their approach to the negative reviews and comments left ridiculous. They simply address customers to terms and conditions. We are buying clothes we have no ability to try on and that the description is being lied about, they should be doing what they can to make things right with customers not making them worse. I will never shop on ZAFUL again and will be sure to tell everyone I know about how they treat their customers and their “return policy” and Poot quality clothing.

ZAFUL is 50/50

I have ordered three things from this website via ZAFUL . The first one came at a fair number of days after I ordered and paid. It was pretty nice for the price (obviously not luxury brand but still surprisingly decent quality). However, the second and third items were a different story. I ordered two items at the same time. I received one package at the expected date of delivery and the second one arrived a WHOPPING 3 months late. I emailed and messaged them multiple times because I felt that my money was trying to be taken. I understand that there is a processing time between and order being placed and an order being received/prepared. However, there is no viable excuse for such a long wait. When it did finally arrive, the product (pants) was about the quality I was expecting and I was not disappointed with my purchase; I was only upset by the ridiculous amount of time I had to wait.

I initially loved this website because they’re clothes looked like really good quality and they have good reviews on the items they have from customers in ZAFUL . But that because they DELETE most of the bad ones!! I wrote a review on a pair of shoes I ordered that came in damaged, VERY poor quality material and the straps can not be adjusted to fit your foot. AND MY REVIEW GOT DELETED. And I’ve read other people’s reviews saying that they’re bad reviews get deleted too. Anyways, back to why I HATE ZAFUL. So like I said, the shoes were damaged and poor quality so I did not wish to keep them or the dress that I purchased because it is poor quality too and strings are already being pulled on it. My jacket that also came with this order still hasn’t arrived and STILL hasn’t even been shipped yet as far as I know. I placed this order weeks ago and still do not have my jacket tracking number. They better give me a refund on my shoes and dress, but it looks like they never give money back from what other people’s reviews are saying. Worst shopping experience I ever had. Would not even give it one star.
