How to fix VuMedi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VuMedi app on iPhone
Update VuMedi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VuMedi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VuMedi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VuMedi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent VuMedi app issues:

Force Stop the VuMedi App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click VuMedi app. » click "Force Stop".

Update VuMedi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VuMedi App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "VuMedi app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch VuMedi.

Fix VuMedi unable to contact server/ VuMedi internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click VuMedi » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got VuMedi » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VuMedi on android.
