When I opened the app on my brand new iphone14 SE it froze my entire phone. The notifications tab is on the lock screen and doesnt go away when i push accept or dont allow. I cant get into my phone or turn it off to troubke shoot it by turning it back on.
Is it just me or is your app not working? It says Network offline but I am able to be on line. Please advise, thanks
After installing iOS 16.5.1 on my phone, my Pulse Point screen displayed “Network Offline” . I’m unable to resolve the issue.
Push notifications are not working with the new iOS 16.1 operating system .
PulsePoint used to work really well in my area and then all of a sudden, it stopped working and says, “PulsePoint is not available in all areas.” What is going on? I live in Greenville County, SC. When I googled it, Greenville County says that it’s available in my area but the article is from 2017. Can you help me, please? I really enjoyed having this app and it was so helpful! My neighbor has the same issues. So I’m not the only one. Please help me get this resolved.
