Have Healow app on cell phone, but can not get same info connected to my ipad

Can't find my X-ray and lab results, nowhere to find them. Also I always flunk the reCAPTCHA test, so do something else.

Click on to the app and it says healow keep stopping. Underneath that is say app info, close app and send feedback. Then when I do app info a date is there with October - November 29

i have an existing Healow account and attempted to link a new account. After I insert code it attempts to send a 6 digit code to my cell phone. I've tried multiple times and no text comes through. I've verified my phone # is accurate in my profile. Any thoughts? Ernie Hofer

Works with other physician offices but provides "null data" from a particular physician office (Doctors of Internal Medicine) for labs and referrals for the past year!

The app is asking for a 6 digit pin???? I usually use my iPhone pin but it is only 4 digits and it won’t accept that. Can you send instructions to set the 6 digit pin?

I manage my husband D’Souza Healow account. I tried to print the info from his telemedicine yesterday and the print screen froze and would not access the printer. Also I could not cancel the request to print. Other things on this iPad can print right now. What can I do as the only Healow page that’s appears when the app is accessed is the frozen print page.

App continuously tells me my username/pw is incorrect even after I reset it. To be such a vital Healthcare tool, this happening all the time is unacceptable. Help

App keeps asking me to set a device passcode. And doesn't work. I do not set passcodes on my phone and I need my reports.

healow has locked me out of my phone completely. I'm very angry about this as I count on my phone a great deal.

Cant log in put pin then never opens info

Same problems as David K posted on July 13, 2022. Although has been going on for 6 months or more.

Healow asks for my pin and I enter it. My medical information pops up for less than a second then I am asked for my pin again. It has been functioning this way for a month or two now. Please fix.

I log in without a problem but as soon as it opens up it goes back to log in page.I have been using this as it soon as it was installed

This app locks my phone. It won't let me discard locking. I wanted it to lock just your site entry not my phone!

When I put in my provider, it says no results found and it will not allow me to send a message.

I'm receiving messages from my doctor on Healow but am unable to open them on both my desktop and cell phone

When trying to log in it will log in then kick you right back to login screen. Is there any fix to this?

Healow app will not log me in. I use my fingerprint, it starts to log me in and as soon as I try to pull up one of my doctors it brings up the login screen again. It has been like this for at least a month! I have six doctors that use this stupid app and it's a frustrating experience almost every time I try to use it. Fix it!

Keeps saying Welcome Back after I put in my pin

Your application is broken. When you go to sign into the app it lets you but as soon as you get to the main screen it's triggering security and asking for verification again. Thanks for making me realize your application is unstable and unreliable. According to the comments this has been going on for over a week for other patients as well. Messing with people's access to their medical information is not cool. Mark the bug as critical and get the software development team on it already!!!

Obviously your software has been "hacked or compromised " its a shame as it was a very effective tool for both patients and Doctors

I log in on my phone, it opens up to my messages and then right away goes back to log in screen. This has been going on for at least 2 months. This app is very important to me. I can't understand why this can't be resolved.

I cannot get into my healow account. I click my Healow app and I enter my pin number. It says Welcome Back Waldine. Then it quickly logs in and then it quickly logs out. Under the log in screen it says "forgot pin number". No I did not forget pin number. It didn't ask me if I forgot pw word. What do I Do? This Healow is important to me.

After entering 6 digit code it says "Error occurred while synchronizing accounts" and will not let me go any further to log in. Will prompt me for fingerprint and 6 digit code over and over.

Healow has locked me out of my phone. I create the password and verified it. Now when I try to enter the code it will not accept it. It keeps telling me the code in incorrect.

Yo either get booted off when logged in or you can't get in past the pincode... I deleted the app and re-installed.. still the same issues... now it's saying to come back later

Cannot log in on phone using the app. It requires a 6 number pin, but when logged in to healow, it requires 8 numbers, upper and lower case letters and a character. You cannot log in on the app with that configuration. I need this info for an appointment with my cardiologist.

Same login issue as many commenters. Clearing cache is not helpful

Similar problems on android login as many others. Enter pin and healow logs in then quickly logs out and asked for pin. I clear the data and cashe and complete accounts details and pin number and it allows me in.

I am having the same problem as the others who have posted in April...log in with fingerprint or pin, it goes to homepage and then goes back out to the login again. Continue to try deleted and restarted phone, issue still persist.

Have same issues as Nicole and my doctor is so busy I can't call and he does not accept emails. I am thinking of switching to Ochsner as they use a different app. Healo has never worked correctly for an Android, it does nothing but crash and my doc thinks I'm lying, so bye bye Tulane and Healo, you need to address this.

All of my children accounts are missing they only show my account now and I have no idea where the rest are

Same exact problem as Nicole Smith. Its extremely frustrating when you need this thing to get your meds refilled BEFORE you run out!

I login and then it takes me to my profile and the immediately goes back to login.

Cannot access. It keeps asking for finger print and code, but when I enter my info, it just keeps reloading to same log in page.

I'm having the same issues as Nicole is. When I login it populates the main screen then immediate logs me back out.

Healow app will not take my pin or fingerprint, it keeps re prompting the login credentials, for a second after I log in, it populates my home page, but then returns to the log in page

My Healow account won't let me in. If I use finger print it just keeps asking over and over again. Same thing if I use my pin. I'm going to try deleting and re adding but this is very frustrating.

Every few minutes 3 or 4 while trying to post messages, or anything I’m booted out and have to re-enter the soooo LOOONG new password. Frustrating!!! I use Healow sometimes everyday.

The healow app has locked me out of my phone. It asked to create a password, and now I can't get into my phone at all.

Having trouble accessing my Healow app on my phone. I reset my 6 digit PIN because it's calling for a 4 digit PIN. However it will not take the first 4 digits of the PIN. I have tried multiple variations. This did not work and I can not get past this screen. I was able to log in through my laptop to accomplish what needed to be done. That still does not help me with my Phone app!
