Map and all map dependent control disappeared then re-installation is impossible. "Device registration to smart cloud" message with slow moving to 100% and goes to the "Compatibility mode failed" screen. The symltomes are the same on Android and iPhone. Estoy usando la App WeBack para comandar mi aspiradora Garnic pero en la pantalla de uso solo me aparece la información de carga que le queda. No me informa m2 barridos ni aparece el recorrido. Funciona perfecto. Pero al regresar de mis vacaciones aparecieron los problemas. He desinstalado y reinstalado la app aproximadamente 6 veces. Mucho agradeceré instrucciones al respecto. The robot does not draw a map. It does not relocate and say: New area detected. Therefore it does not draw a new map, I guess. I have reinstalled the app, deleted the map, reinstalled the Robot, everything. It just does not work…

Trying to install a new vacuum and when I use the app to scan the QR code on the device it says network not good
