Hi, it is impossible to install "weback" application on my new phone - Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. After downloading the application does not start, and I receive a message, that there is a bug in the application, I have to wait until the manufacturer fix the bug. Om my old phone it was impossible to connect to with your server. Could you please give an advice, hot to use my ABIR X6 cleaner? Thank you in advance

Hi. I changed my router and I had to reconfigure the application (on my iPhone latest IOS version). It connects to the WiFi Network but than it fails when trying to connect to the cloud. I tried all the possibilities described in the application but no success. I also tried to change the account but in registering a new account it requires to enter a graphical verification code of 5 characters but it allows to only enter 4 characters so no new registration is allowed. I also tried to dial "Forget Password", but it requires to enter a graphical verification code of 5 characters but it only allows 4 characters and only enabling a numerical keybord, so not even forgetting password is allowed.

By LK 10 months ago This app stopped working more than a year ago on Xiaomi Mi11 Pro. On Mi 9 still works. Are you EVER going to fix this or you just don't care about your customers? Shall I write it out on Facebook?

Map and all map dependent control disappeared then re-installation is impossible. "Device registration to smart cloud" message with slow moving to 100% and goes to the "Compatibility mode failed" screen. The symltomes are the same on Android and iPhone. Actually the vacuum cleaner cannot be controlled by any app (neatsvor x600 pro)

Estoy usando la App WeBack para comandar mi aspiradora Garnic pero en la pantalla de uso solo me aparece la información de carga que le queda. No me informa m2 barridos ni aparece el recorrido. Funciona perfecto. Pero al regresar de mis vacaciones aparecieron los problemas. He desinstalado y reinstalado la app aproximadamente 6 veces. Mucho agradeceré instrucciones al respecto.
