It says photos successfully transferred but they are not showing up in frame.

I accidentally disabled the Wi-Fi on my frame. When I try to connect to Wi-Fi it says disabled how do I fix this. I really don’t want to send it back .

I send pictures to my frame from my android phone, they say successfully sent but they aren't showing up on my frame. Never had a problem before this past two days. Help

I have been sending pics to the photo frame from Iphone, it shows in messages that the images have been sent and it says send success but none of the photos show up on the frame??

Hello. I bought this frame for my father who has since passed away. I now have the frame. I am not able to send pictures to the frame. I got a message in my email that there were binding issues. Should I reset to factory settings and reset up everything with me as the owner? If so, where do I find directions to do that?

Unknown error when I try to create and a point. I have tried restarting my phone and deleting and reinstalling app multiple times.

I keep getting unknown errors. Used this app fine for years until recently.

Is the OurPhoto app incompatible with IOS 16.1.1? I had a recent update and now the app is not connected to the frame. Every time I try to bind them, there is an unknown error. I even tried to delete the app and reinstall and when I try to log in, it says unknown error.

My digital frame won’t accept or display any new photos being sent from my iPhone. I have done this many times before without a problem. I have plenty of storage left on the frame, but haven’t had any success in sending pics for about a year. I have unplugged the frame & plugged it back in, assured internet connection & tried some other trouble shooting ideas. No luck. Please advise me on how to get it to accept photos again. Thank you.

I forgot my password and the forgot password sign in is asking for a verification code, there is no such thing as a verification code for this. What do I do?

I got a new phone. In order to transfer photos to the frame now, it wanted me to login in, give my password & a "code". I have NO idea what code it wants. It wasn't set up with any code. Where do I get the "code" it is asking for? Thank you.

How do I add photos from my personal library to the ourphoto App library? After clicking on the green media button, I only see the 3 photos I added to the ourphoto App Library & an option to take a new photo. Where is the option to upload photos to the ourphoto App library?
