Hello. I bought this frame for my father who has since passed away. I now have the frame. I am not able to send pictures to the frame. I got a message in my email that there were binding issues. Should I reset to factory settings and reset up everything with me as the owner? If so, where do I find directions to do that?

I keep getting unknown errors. Used this app fine for years until recently.
Is the OurPhoto app incompatible with IOS 16.1.1? I had a recent update and now the app is not connected to the frame. Every time I try to bind them, there is an unknown error. I even tried to delete the app and reinstall and when I try to log in, it says unknown error.

My digital frame won’t accept or display any new photos being sent from my iPhone. I have done this many times before without a problem. I have plenty of storage left on the frame, but haven’t had any success in sending pics for about a year. I have unplugged the frame & plugged it back in, assured internet connection & tried some other trouble shooting ideas. No luck. Please advise me on how to get it to accept photos again. Thank you.
I forgot my password and the forgot password sign in is asking for a verification code, there is no such thing as a verification code for this. What do I do?

How do I add photos from my personal library to the ourphoto App library? After clicking on the green media button, I only see the 3 photos I added to the ourphoto App Library & an option to take a new photo. Where is the option to upload photos to the ourphoto App library?
