Easy set up, neat map, but wish map would persist
It’s not the most polished app I’ve ever seen but it is really cool that you can see the real time position of the vacuum and the area it has covered. I only wish that the map it generated would be shown all the way up until the next time the vacuum would run. This way, I could check to see what area was covered each day anytime I happen to remember to look instead of needing to remember what time it should be finishing up and having only a small window of time to catch it before it is erased.
Buggy, doesn’t refresh properly
While the hardware (the vacuum robot) has its problems, I am only focusing here on the app. - my scheduled times often disappear - it shows the robot offline, I have to remove the device then re-add it to make it work - the status of the robot is completely out of wack, it I’ll show charging when my device is cleaning the house, or cleaning while the device is charging. Also why isn’t the battery meter more accurate? - when will it add a map of the areas it vacuum so you can have a real-time update on what’s been vacuumed ?
Alerts not working
I have all notifications turned on, but do not receive any. I have to manually check the app to see, for example, the vacuum is stuck, which defeats the whole purpose of being alerted when there is an issue. I know I need the app to install updates, but if it weren’t for that I’d just use the remote control.
Just wrote a review
So I complained because the app didn’t work well. And to be fair it doesn’t really. But if you can’t control your robot disconnect it and reconnect it. It probably needs an update and for some reason you can’t give it an update unless you do that. Now it works fine.
Works perfectly fine
Actually I don't know why this app got 2.5 as of mid May19?! This is a good app for their vacuum robot cleaner and it does the job pretty easily without any kinds of problems! Very straightforward

What’s going on! If your going to have an App then it must work. Collect our data and move on. Get your app to work or remove it.
Easy set up
This works 100% easy set up and update of the firmware on my robo vac. Follow instructions and not a single problem. Setup with Alexa was simple and straightforward.
Not an option
If your product has a smart wifi feature with this app consider it obsolete. It won’t connect to the wifi and it’s not a user error. The system is severely underdeveloped. My product works without the app but it would have been nice to get another product with a remote vs this app (dis)functioning one.
Possible Data stealing
I purchased a HEPA filter unit controlled by this app but after being required to enable location services and enter my personal wifi network password directly into the app I’m fully convinced the products designed to work with this app are just a front for this app to steal data. Use at your own risk!
Needs monthly Updates

If I could give 0 or negative stars i would. 9 out of 10 times this won’t connect to the robot you’ve added or it will display some error message. Then if it does decide to connect, there is a massive delay (like 1-2 minutes) before the vacuum robot will respond. Better off buying a roomba
After about a month of use, the app stopped working. I just get an error message saying network unavailable. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still get the same error message. So now I have a robot vacuum that I can’t control the cleaning mode at all with. What a waste of $!!!!
Unable to connect to my WiFi thru this app because my WiFi password contains a character not present on their given keyboard 🙄 would have been nice to know before expecting app control for the product I purchased
The app can not access my Wi-Fi anymore.
After the first time using the app can not access my network anymore always shows the network is unreachable . But the first time was OK… so now i can only use the Remote controller to control the robot. And there is noway to fix the network connection…
Unable to register an account
This app is buggy. I can’t even create an account. I tap register and put in my email or phone number and it tells me to “input correct email/phone number” no matter what I type in.
