I am locked into an introduction to the program mode. Started occurring a couple of days ago. Screen shows me where to select city to get local weather-- screen is grayed over. I press Ok and then it tells me I can set schedule with a long hold on air conditioner icon. No ok button to press (or visible on screen to toggle through introduction) and I cant get out of that screen and back to the operating program. I tried turning off my phone and restarting. Goes back directly to introduction mode. Otherwise the program is working very well. How do I reset. Thanks very much for any help you can provide.
Hi Very good software, but a week ago the schedules function stopped working with no ability to program on and off times. The iphone with the App. works for everything else eg manual on/off, select temp, fan/cool/dry, & fan speed etc. I have removed and reinstalled the App, turned iphone off & on. Even tried a different iphone. I have deleted the profile on the Comfee Air Con and re-installed with a new password and adding wi-fi password. I haven't a VPN. All with the schedules still not working. Any ideas? thanks Rog

Schema dosent work. All other funktions works well. Solutions?
The app is working somewhat ok, but the schedule is not working at all. I set one of my ACs to shut off at 1am, leave the app and wifi on and it just continues working as if I didn't schedule anything. If I don't turn it on and off manually it completely ignores the schedule.
Unfortunately it is not working properly. Remove the summer schedules with the cool settings and the air conditioner still comes on as if they were in effect.
AC is changing temperature by itself at the same time. No schedule is set up. Is there any way to reset wifi in the AC?
From end of July 2022 scheduler works random. It is really crap app and also dehumidifier Inventor Eva II plus wifi is crap. I would expect to stop if humidiry is below lower tolerance, but ventilator never stops. Never again!
1001 Invoke internet error please first login SDK and then use interface. What is this? What is SDK? Cannot use the app.
Schedules where not working, tried deleting but could not add any schedules after. Tried deleting device and now cannot add it stops on the last part when connecting phone to wifi.

The schedules work only occasionally. Very unreliable! The rest of the app work, but sub par. It misbehaves and seems to have too many glitches. Response time is slow. I believe the program was written or copied by an IT person who needs more education himself...rated poor, and barely works. I wish there was a good alternative, because I would switch in a heartbeat! Thanks for the JUNK app. It's no wonder some companies are much more successful than others! 🤨👎👎👎
App won't connect to my AC unit. It keeps asking me to join the network. When I check my phone (iphone 13 Pro Max) - the network is already connected. Can't procese to connect to home wifi. The app just ask permision to connect to AC Ap but doesn T succed even the phone is Connected.
Connection is no problem. But opening the device does not work in my Android phone. Does work on my ipad.

App crashes since today when trying to open. Reinstallstion of app and restart of phone still same problem. Pleas fix!
Not function from this morning on Apple phones and iPads. Crashes when you open. Reinstallation and/or phone reseting without changes. Please fix the issue. Thx.
App not working since update. When you click to open the app the app opens then closes straight away. Tried delete and re-installed still the same. Please roll back to previous version until you've fixed as totally unusable now
