I own the ABIR cleaner and, beside a poor APP, it worked well. Sudenly it does not react anymore on the app ( no start, stop or go to loadingstation) I reinstalled the app, did a reset on the cleaner but without succes. There is a connection, because when I change a sceduled star, the ABIDR reacts as planned. How can I get everything back working again. PLEASE HELP

I am having issues adding my deenkee DK700 in the WeBack app. I deleted the vacuum and when I tried to add it back, it won't let me. It connects to my local internet though. Thanks, Peter

HELLO I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE APP.I OWN THE ROBOTIC VACUUM CLEANER X600 NEATSVOR I DOWNLOADED IT, CREATED AN ACCOUNT AND FOR LONG TIME MY ROBOTIC ELECTRIC VACUUM CLEANER WAS WORKING BUT YESTERDAY FOR SOME REASON I DELETED THE DEVICE FROM THE APP AND WHEN I TRIED TO REINSTALL IT IT PRESENTED THE FOLLOWING PROBLEM: AFTER I THE HOME WIFI AND ROBOTICS CODE ACCORDING TO THE STEPS THAT THE APP SAYS, IT CONNECTED TO THE DEVICE SUCCESSFULLY AT 68% BUT IT DOESN'T SHOW ME THE DEVICE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Hi! I'm struggelin with the registration at the Weback app. The verification code does'nt come om time, it takes about 15 minutes before the code arrive, and then it is to late. I gave also tried SMS, but i never got a code there.

App is downloaded but will not allow me to register. Verification code is always 1 more character than the app allows. SMS option doesn’t function. How can I register and set up my robot vacuum cleaner?

Well, the mobile app is awful. Doesn't save the map. Even tho I choose smart cleaning, it still starts Edge cleaning. Maybe it is time to update and improve the application. Or does anyone know if there is any alternatives for this crap of a app? Using it for my Mamibot vacuum cleaner.

Hello, I am using the weback app for controling my electrical floor. I do this via google home assistant with routines. But for a few days it dont work any more. In google home the floor is visual but no data like temps. Is the interface with google home broken? Please help.

Hi, everytime I start a new clean the map dissapears. The WiFi is OK, is not a connection problem. The map can't keep the zoom, reverts to a small size and I can't draw limits or àreas. I'm doing something wrong or the app is not finished yet...?? Please help. Thanks.

A complete joke

Not only is the app a complete joke the whole tesvor robot vacuum system has got to be questioned. While the vacuum itself works fantastic, keeping it on the app or even getting the app to recognize it is nearly impossible. I went through the process 10 times without success. I opened my app the next time and there was my vacuum. After setting up schedules, identifying personal information and then closing the app, when opening the app again the vacuum was no longer listed and I went through the process another 10 times without success. Don't waste your time. The only way to control the Tesvor robot vacuum is with the provided remote. Finally, the chat icon for support doesn't work. And if the developer is going to suggest I delete the app and reinstall, that doesn't work either.

This app is pathetic and essentially garbage. It claims to link to Alexa/Google, but only has one command - turn on/off. Shark had multiple including a locate command. The process to link the robot to wireless/internet was near impossible and tedious, spent at least a 1/2 hour maneuvering my phone/modem/robot vacuum to the right spacing so it would connect to the “ROBOT-XXX” network. The badges/alerts don’t work so you have no clue when it gets stuck. Everytime it does get stuck and is restarted it starts the map over again so who knows of it does remember where it’s been. I guess the Chinese only know how to steal/hack into computer programs, they certainly have no clue how to write them. Will probably return this vacuum and go back to The Shark.

Now my vacuum is rouge

I’m fed up with this being server based only, instead of allowing the phone to store map data. 4 times in the last 6 days, my vacuum starts at 4:06am. I’m sick and tired of this so I’ve switched it off so if it tries to leave dock it will turn off. Half the time my vacuum doesn’t even leave the room despite the door being open. They need to make the data local, or get their crap together and do proper server maintenance. They never answer support requests. Terrible terrible company. I need to find something else that can work with my vacuum.
