This system is great. I am an actual customer. I am not getting compensated in any way. At last I can finally keep my eyes on what’s going on around our ranch. It does everything and more. The audio is why we picked this one. Oh, and the fact that there are NO MONTHLY CHARGES! I have it all on our Network Video Recorder. The only thing we had to supply is a monitor. They even included a mouse. And last but certainly not least is the price. Our friends don’t believe it. And I was very very skeptical. But it’s true. The set-up was relatively painless. It is intuitive for the most part. And you get all the goodies that come with it. Wait. I forgot Customer Support. It’s fantastic. Very fast response time and doesn’t make me feel like a dummy. As you can see, I am in love with my Security System. I am a real person, a MAC user living in California, USA. Thank you, ONWOTE.

This is a great app I have been using this for past one year it has few glitches but the admin is always on top of it. The only problem I feel is the remote video quality. It starts with almost HD but in about 2 to 3 seconds the quality drops. May be I don’t have it set correctly but I have tried every setting. Over all great product keep up the good work and Thank you. UPDATE: October 8th update. The sound has almost disappeared can hardly hear remote sound live. Volume button on the phone don’t work either this new update needs to be fixed please. Update: October 26. Thank you for fixing the sound issue. The update restored sound functionality. Thank you.

From estimates through the installation process, Total Security has been extremely helpful. I am embarrassed to say I can be intimidated by technology. The professionals at Total Security took the time to explain everything about a camera system. During installation the team was very professional and helpful with all questions. We have a very busy household with many curious young children. The installation team remained positive, cheerful and worked in a very quick and safe manner.
