- No live assistance or chat w/ customer service rep available to assist

- Website sometimes freezes before you are able to finish a long email

- Not possible to continue from your own last message when you do not hear back from your doctor

- Doctors who have called back have not taken the time to see what I’ve written and explained on my CS link

- Does not allow you to go back to previous pages

- Took 2.5 hours with “expert” trying to walk us through the program re starting it at least 9 times

- Would not take the input for known medications even though they were in the drop down of medications

Hi, I have an Iphone 14 Pro, and the cedars sinai app is not allowing me to add appointments to my calendar, despite that the Cedars Sinai app access is for "Add Only".
