Hi OKOK. I have just purchased your bathroom scales, insert batteries and all are working as expected. I then scanned the QR code on my iphone 14 mobile ( On English page ) and downloaded the OKOK app, but the problem is, it's NOT in English but showing Chinese, so do not understand and ask, how do I get the app to convert into English !

I've been using OKOK App since last September with no issues. This morning, however, 20/03, my OKOK App does not get beyond the load screen and keeps crashing. I have cleared cache and data, uninstalled, restarted my phone and reinstalled the App several times and it's still not working. I've reviewed
Display on scales only stays on for 15 seconds, which means app is unable to do measurements. How can I change display time on scales, or speed up the app so it reads the measurements quicker?
My scale will say 240 lbs and the app says 264. I don't know which is correct.

App not syncing with health app on iPhone for many many months. I see los of folks complaining. Looks like nobody gives a shit. Sigh. Ordering new scale and throwing this one in the trash. Just got figure out how to get that data exported and re-imported. Literally just noticed right when I’m so sick I need the comprehensive data in place. What a rip off, what a disservice. But it’s china and who can you complain to? My own stupid purchase and mistake. Grrrr…self…..grrrr.
