Awful! Spend your money on something more reliable. I have been using OKOKInternational with the paired scale for a while but now it defaults to my husband’s profile constantly. I tried to correct this by tapping on my picture first before standing on the scale and as soon as I weigh myself it is back to my husband’s profile again. When I tap on my profile in the weight measurement area it keeps coming back to him ( who btw, has not used OKOKInternational in more than a year, he now only tracks on paper logs after becoming frustrated with OKOKInternational himself). There is no way to delete a family member in settings. I have registered this complaint inside OKOKInternational but got no resolution or response. Moreover, I’m sure readings for hydration, muscle mass and body fat percentage are not accurate. I drink more than 64 oz of water per day, have increased the amount of weight I can lift by 10 to 20 lbs across all muscle groups (increased strength should signify muscle growth, right?) So, I’m deleting OKOKInternational and will now record my weight manually in another health tracker. I could have used a cheaper, non-Bluetooth scale to do that.

I’ve had this scale for several years, and while the scale itself is pretty good, OKOKInternational is horrible. The fact that you have to go through a banner to get into an app that you paid for is unacceptable. Additionally, it doesn’t do a very good job of keeping track of your history. The other functions besides weight (fat percent, etc) are useless and a joke. Not even close. I wouldn’t get this again if you gave it to me for free.

You have OKOKInternational likely because you bought their weighing scales. For NO reason other than data harvesting you have to have a user email and password held by them to use your energizing scales and app. No data is kept on your phone. It’s in their databases. There is NO functional reason for this. I believe this is a privacy violation under Eurozone laws and likely other countries laws.

The way OKOKInternational and the weighing scales/body analysis should work is like this
1. The scales are paired to your phone by Bluetooth.
2. The data is added to your phone and the graphs etc are produced on your phone.
That’s it. Simple.

But China is harvesting all this medical data.

Way to get around this privacy violation since you only discover this after you. It their machines.
1. Set up or use a non specific or throw away email address.
2. Do not use real names on OKOKInternational .

They will still harvest your medical info but at least you don’t give them names to tie it too.

I am disgusted with this company.

This is the sloppiest app I have seen in my life. It deletes data randomly. Resetting app is a nightmare. Would not send a password to log in after it reset and deleted all data.
Most annoying feature is that whenever I open OKOKInternational a pop up link to some junk advertisement covers almost the entire app interface. We have to select “continue to OKOKInternational ” link to get to OKOKInternational . Also, there are random links to various advertisements on the bottom. If I could I would have given Negative 10 stars.

App is used to display data from Bluetooth bathroom scale, body fat, muscle mass, weight, etc. It worked without having to create an account, but then after 60 days (which is past Amazon’s return date) OKOKInternational would not open unless I created an account on their system using my email address, etc. I’m sure this is designed to sell me more things I don’t want and to market my personal information.

Don’t buy a scale that uses OKOKInternational if you don’t want to be forced to create an account with them in China!

It should work whether you want to create an account or not.

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, can’t get past the sign in page and can’t reset password. FIX THIS! this was a great tool in my weight loss journey and the fact that it’s no longer working is greatly detrimental. It makes me want to throw the whole thing out and get a better scale which is a shame because the scale works fine.

This is basically just a scale - the pairing with OKOKInternational is totally buggy, with data being deleted each day and only showing some pieces of information. And the scale itself doesn’t seem to be accurate - I find it hard to believe I would be the EXACT same weight for days on end (remembered in my head since OKOKInternational didn’t record it...)

And as many have noticed, the “feedback” form only gets a send error. Please fix!

Just bought the scale, and installed OKOKInternational . I see the latest version with bug fixes came out three days ago. Well, when you try to set it up, one of the most important questions is your age, as that adjusts your goal weight, BMI, etc.. Unfortunately, when you try to enter your DOB it just sits at the default date, 1-1-91. You can’t change it, so now it thinks I’m 20 years younger than I am and all the goal weights are completely off. Who do they have programming these app?? A disaster.

Have been using OKOKInternational fine up until the upgrade a few days ago. When I try to open OKOKInternational , all I see is a blank white screen with a loading icon in the middle. Have tried switching off/on OKOKInternational , then the same with my phone with zero success. Can you please fix this? Upgrade states that a few bugs were fixed but I think OKOKInternational was made useless instead!

SOLUTION: I am again getting all the readings. I cleaned the metal pads with a soapy cloth and wiped 'em clean. And moisten my feet with a drop of water (don't need more) OR a moist towel.

Much too buggy! The great feature set and visuals go to waste! Crashes when I try and view any quarterly data for any previous quarter. Weight seems to be in increments of 0.8 lb (to the nearest third of a kilo converted to pounds?). Very weird. Other measurements (besides BMI) also don't seem real or normal.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:Fingers crossed this works. It's OKOKInternational for a ~$15 TSEC scale I got on eBay.

The scale itself is very nice but it doesn’t measure even half the things it promotes. Weight, BMI and room temperature??? I don’t know why I would want room temperature! Those 3 things are all it measures. I wanted body fat and it gives me advise on washing my feet. Since BMI is a simple math calculation I can do that on my own. Basically it is an attractive scale and that records and tracks your weight with an app and nothing more.

Well, I read the reviews but didn’t think it could be that bad, but it is. Scale is in kg and cannot change to lbs. it does show pounds on app. Cannot add picture as it shows so am not adding other family members. App not user friendly. NEEDS much improvement.

I am a blind voice over user on my iPhone 12 ProMax and on a different device, a 7Plus, I still had to go get somebody who can see to get through the set up, Now newer phone and still it will not allow me to continue to use my scale because it will not allow me access to adjust profile settings with Voice over on. Being blind, I kinda need that. So I’m dead in the water again… until I go get somebody who can see. Once that part is done, I thought OKOKInternational worked great before so we’ll see how it does still on a newer device. It also forgets who I am and the scale and often needed to be paired over and over. That’s what the 3 rating. If y ou can get it updated and to stay connected, the data tracking is quite nice and integrates, with permissions, into the health app.

I’d give 4 Or 4.5 stars if it weren’t for the adds. Seems inappropriate for an app supporting a paid product. If I can find some other app which knows how to communicate with this scale (without adds) then I will abandon this one.

Other than the annoying adds, OKOKInternational itself is pretty good. Shame.

Loved OKOKInternational & the scale at first! I haven't had any problems until the past week or so. Now I can't even be in my app for more than 5 seconds without OKOKInternational kicking me out. Needs to be fixed ASAP since I can't weigh in & sync to my phone due to being kicked out of OKOKInternational ! If that wasn't a problem, I'd rate a 5 star.

App works, using it for almost a year. Few things to point out though:
1. Profile, when family member uses scales and app reads their data, it sends them to my Health profile which it shouldn't
2. It would be great if website also worked and either in app or website I could export my historical data in csv format
3. Allow trend chart to rotate on the phone - this way it will fit more history
Overall happy, just wish described enhancements were made
Will upgrade my review to 5 stars when support will add described features

If you have the scales, you need OKOKInternational . I can’t change to lbs on the scale, but it displays fine on OKOKInternational . Also, I would like to rename the devices for Bluetooth. The device works ok, but it would be better if it had options to reset the display and if OKOKInternational had more options to reset my height, the scale names, etc.

OKOKInternational has helped me lose weight and change my life. It has some slight issues, and I’m not happy with the recent addition of an advertisement banner, but it’s nothing that would stop me from recommending it to someone else. If they drop the ad, I would give it five stars.

I got my scale and installed my app a couple of weeks ago and I use it every single day. I love it! OKOKInternational and the scale have worked flawlessly. And they are accurate to my old digital scale. Outstanding value! Highly recommend!

I do love the scale but OKOKInternational keeps shutting down after I put in my nickname and date of birth and how tall I am, then it closes OKOKInternational . I have tried every I know. I reboot my iPhone and my iPad, and it still doesn’t work. I don’t know what to do. I paid for the scale and app comes with it, but it does not work. HELP ME!

Experiencing many issues in addition to the previous. Now even though my settings are set to lbs and the scale reads in lbs, all of the readings on OKOKInternational show in kilos, while still using the lb metric. So now i come is as under weight. Also still not reading body fat no matter what i do. Very disappointed.

I’ve stepped on the scale for more than 5 times to get the data, and my family tried it for 10 times and the data doesn’t show up on the phone.

Worked well until the update a couple days ago. Now OKOKInternational won’t communicate with the scale to upload weights.

I absolutely love it!
I am a Nutrition and Wellness coach and this scale is amazing for 20$ and OKOKInternational is so easy to use!
It does all the things my colleagues $1k scale does and even more!
Readings are accurate and almost identical to the one my Doctor got with his $5k scale!!!
