The app only mesures bodyweight and BMI. I does not record and track the other health indices like body fat, V-fat, muscle weight, etc. Do you have to pay in-app purchases for the app to calculate and track these?

I am writing to inform you about an issue I am currently experiencing with the OKOK application that I recently installed.After installing the application, I encountered a persistent privacy policy notification that appears on the screen. Unfortunately, I am unable to close this notification or proceed with using the application. Whenever I click on the privacy policy link, it scrolls down and displays the text, but there is no button to accept or close the window.I have tried restarting the application and even my device, but the issue persists. It is quite frustrating as I am unable to utilize the application due to this persistent notification.I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. installed your application (OKOK-International) on a Samsung Galaxy Tab E (SM-T561) tablet with Android 4.4.4. The installation worked normally, but when running, the message "OKOK has stopped" appeared. I tried all the repair options I know: closing all applications from background, deleting cache, hard reset, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc. I mention that I turned on both the bluetooth service, the internet connection and the GPS.

Same problem as Madis 9/3/2022. App made me login and then forced ne to set up my account again and it has now lost all my saved data. How do I find the old profile and access the data? Very frustrated by the loss of data. Why would the original user profile be deleted?? Please help me fix this serious problem!

Like many other people, I tried to weigh myself, after having owned the scale for several months, and it required me to log in. I never set a password, so I tapped “forgot password” and it wants a vCode, which I have never heard of. What should I do, resynch and start over with new stats?

Useless! ALWAYS defaults to husband’s profile

Awful! Spend your money on something more reliable. I have been using the app with the paired scale for a while but now it defaults to my husband’s profile constantly. I tried to correct this by tapping on my picture first before standing on the scale and as soon as I weigh myself it is back to my husband’s profile again. When I tap on my profile in the weight measurement area it keeps coming back to him ( who btw, has not used the app in more than a year, he now only tracks on paper logs after becoming frustrated with the app himself). There is no way to delete a family member in settings. I have registered this complaint inside the app but got no resolution or response. Moreover, I’m sure readings for hydration, muscle mass and body fat percentage are not accurate. I drink more than 64 oz of water per day, have increased the amount of weight I can lift by 10 to 20 lbs across all muscle groups (increased strength should signify muscle growth, right?) So, I’m deleting this app and will now record my weight manually in another health tracker. I could have used a cheaper, non-Bluetooth scale to do that.

Chinese Spyware. You have been warned.

You have this app likely because you bought their weighing scales. For NO reason other than data harvesting you have to have a user email and password held by them to use your energizing scales and app. No data is kept on your phone. It’s in their databases. There is NO functional reason for this. I believe this is a privacy violation under Eurozone laws and likely other countries laws. The way this app and the weighing scales/body analysis should work is like this 1. The scales are paired to your phone by Bluetooth. 2. The data is added to your phone and the graphs etc are produced on your phone. That’s it. Simple. But China is harvesting all this medical data. Way to get around this privacy violation since you only discover this after you. It their machines. 1. Set up or use a non specific or throw away email address. 2. Do not use real names on the app. They will still harvest your medical info but at least you don’t give them names to tie it too. I am disgusted with this company.

Worst Apps I have seen ever. Do not install👎

This is the sloppiest app I have seen in my life. It deletes data randomly. Resetting app is a nightmare. Would not send a password to log in after it reset and deleted all data. Most annoying feature is that whenever I open the app a pop up link to some junk advertisement covers almost the entire app interface. We have to select “continue to the app” link to get to the app. Also, there are random links to various advertisements on the bottom. If I could I would have given Negative 10 stars.
