I have an active subscription for my Macan S and my new Boxster S. The Macan S portion of the app works fine and shows the car connected. The Boxster S worked fine and was connected regularly but NOW is intermittent and has not connected for the last five days. I have tried various things as suggested but it still does not connect or work. This is frustrating since I have registered with Vodofone, had the dealer put in the code, had a special session with the dealer, and it worked fine. NOW NOTHING. It says the data is 4 days old, get a message can not connect to the server, can not check if it is locked, says it is open, can not connect tot the server. What can we do to solve this problem??????

I cannot connect keeps on saying PCC 100
I cannot upload the registration (proof of ownership) and drivers license to create a Porsche Connet account. My ultimate goal is to determine if/how I can upgrade the really outdated navigation system. How can I have paid this much for an auto and cannot keep this current? My $900 phone map app has always been current. This does not speak well of Porsche engineering.
