The app won't open on my android phone. I deleted/reinstalled the app. Still nothing. How do I gain access to my camera feeds ?

No longer have live camera view option (live button) on Zmodo app. Only have saved video snipits. App updates show latest version. I’ve tried several things such as: 1. Loaded meShare app…same issue. 2. Deleted Zmodo app and reloaded. The live camera button reappeared and thought all was well, but they disappeared soon afterwards. 3. I’ve reloaded original version old Zmodo app and live camera view buttons were there for all cameras, but soon disappeared. 4. I’ve discovered I can log out of app, then log back in and live camera view buttons appear, but will soon disappear. 5. When the live button disappears, I’ve tried to touch the screen of iPad where they would normally be, but am only brought to the past saved video snipits. Presents the biggest issue of unable to access live camera when traveling.

I updated and now neither my phone (iphone) nor my web app work. I have tried restarting, both comp and phone and nothing works. My internet connection is strong and no issues... Very upset since my sows are having babies soon and the camera is useless >:(

Close and restart the Zmodo app on iPhone
Update Zmodo app to the Latest Version for iOS

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Zmodo app issues:

Force Stop the Zmodo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Zmodo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Zmodo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Zmodo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Zmodo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Zmodo.

Fix Zmodo unable to contact server/ Zmodo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Zmodo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Zmodo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Zmodo on android.
