- Steep price for a good portion of the people that would need it

- Not allowing a monthly payment means way way more people will not be able to use it

- Have to pay to do almost everything

- Yearly payment

The app is crashing after I’ve filled in the want to elaborate page. I can not complete the positive or store my entry. This app is brilliant so hoping it’s a glitch

How to fix Clarity app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Clarity app on iPhone
Update Clarity app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Clarity iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Clarity on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Clarity network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Clarity Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Clarity not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Clarity App
1. On android, goto Settings » Clarity » click [Force Stop]

Update Clarity to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Clarity App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Clarity » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Clarity.

Fix Clarity unable to contact server/ Clarity internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Clarity » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Clarity » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Clarity
