The daily activities never update and I’ve been stuck on the same ones for weeks which is stopping me using the app. I’ve deleted and re loaded the app, watched them through multiple times but they never change.

I have no stats. No place to check them, and my entries don’t give any indication that my stats have changed. Was this feature removed? It’s a major reason I wanted this app in the first place. I also cannot edit “personalized journeys” as that is gone as well.

How to fix Bloom app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bloom app on iPhone
Update Bloom app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bloom iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bloom on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bloom network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Bloom Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Bloom not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Bloom App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bloom » click [Force Stop]

Update Bloom to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bloom App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bloom » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bloom.

Fix Bloom unable to contact server/ Bloom internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bloom » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bloom » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Bloom
