Had to download new app and it doesn’t open. If anything, just takes me to the ordering page. Can’t seem to get to what I would call the home page, can’t get to my rewards, and couldn’t add rewards when I went to get food. Anything that’s fixing this without losing all my banked rewards?

App won’t accept my phone number. Local Moe’s can’t get the app to work but will accept the phone number. Send me a number to call someone who can fix this problem.
