APP NOT WORKING
I can’t gain access to my account through the app. I can only collect points by entering my phone number at the restaurant but I can’t redeem rewards due to app not working.
I click on my Red Lobster app and after 2 or 3 seconds it goes back to my iPhone main screen. Tried it at the restaurant and then at home, I couldn’t bring it up to scan my receipt.
My Red Lobster app is not working. When you activate the app the screen goes blank after 3 seconds. Will not let you sign in or anything. I’ve reloaded the app several times. Just not working.

My reward didn't update after meal purchase Saturday 5/28
On 04/01/2022 at Red Lobster in Little Rock, AR, we had dinner totaling $81.47. When I scanned the receipt it said it had already been done. The server tried to help me by entering it. On my account it shows -125 points on that day. Please explain why I didn’t receive my points. I was told it would show up later.
