App updated. Unable to login. Contacted tech support. "select forgot password and follow email instructions" Did that. Changed password. Logged into coffeebean.com. No problem. But the app doesn't recognize the new password or the old one or the next reset. So I am unable to use the app. After 2 weeks just stopped. I have other things to do without spending my time. Has to be something easier

Cannot update my coffee bean app?
My app doesn't work on my phone anymore and I also don't see my points when I log into coffeebean.com I was in the purple tear I believe not very happy I've uninstalled the app four or five times and it still will not open
I entered the wrong email address when I set up my account and I can’t do anything to reset it. I accidentally put .con instead of .com
App sends verification code to wrong email address without allowing me to change the email. Deleting and reinstalling app does not work.
