The app is horrible. It charges my card but says payment failed. Does this app the time. I currently have a free shake coupon that I can’t use because the app is not working right and has not been for a very long time. Please help.

The app will not let me use my. Credit card I added my new card but it still doesn't let me use it. Also it doesn't allow me to redeem my rewards. If I use the kiosk In the store it says I have no rewards. I should have $12 in rewards.
