The app has never worked properly for me, it always says that I don't have an internet connection. I have tried everything possible, but nothing fixes the problem.

Every time I attempt to order food on your app I receive a message stating "Error validating basket" and I'm unable to complete my order. Please advise Kevin

I've noticed the last couple of times I've fueled up using my KwikTrip rewards card, that my receipt, while showing rewards, is not showing the number of visits/15. I'm not sure if visits are recording, as I can't remember what my last number of visits was. I can see 10 in my rewards app, but not sure if that number is advancing or not. Can you please let me know when the last visit using rewards was, so I can check to see if it is in fact recording my visits properly? Thank you.

Ok i have been contacted and they checked it on there end and said it worked np and then i contacted Apple lol that was a real joke they lead you on then turn around and say oh we are sorry we don't deal with apps lol what !!!!???? i have tried everything on my end even deleted the password but now it wont let save my password or my info would you have any idea i really love going to kwik trip and i can log on on my computer just not my phone which is a Iphone 12 pro max it worked fine for the longest time then one day just stopped working ? now when i log in all i get it a blank screen

Try to log in. Keeps stating I have no internet connection. Viewing other comments, I see I am not alone. Any idea when it will be up and running again?

I'm having the same issue as others, I see. I've tried 3 different places with reliable internet, yet the app says I can't log in because I'm not connected to the internet. I've missed out on over a week of the tab event and watching the clip for a chance at an extra visit.

I get an error 11 when I try to connect in the app. States I have no internet connection. I have data and also tried with WiFi, neither work.

I’ve two current issues with my KT App. 1) For the last several days I haven’t been able to access my KT App, I continuously get a “No Network Connection” msg. Yet I’ve had no problem with any other Apps connecting to the internet. And…. 2) On the last day my App did work, I noticed I was missing around 10-15 Rewards Points- I’ve no idea what happened to them. 🤷🏼‍♀️

When I click on the app it says no network connection. Retry. All other apps work fine

For days I have been trying to use my app but it keeps telling me no internet connection. Everything else works fine! I even signed off and it does the same thing - oops something went wrong, blah blah blah. Frustrating!
