I can not update or put a new payment card in the app nor can I use google or ApplePay for my payment

The app keeps saying phone number already in use and won’t allow me to continue on the app.
App says it us no longer compatible with my device. Using android version 9.
App is not allowing me to use bar code or open account.
I used to be able to order my food from the pollo loco app with no problems but now, I am unable to, it always shows that my CC is declined and it refunds back my money right away. It’s soo frustrating, anybody having the same problem?? I tried deleting the app and replying it. I also logged off and on and nothing seems to work.
Unable to check out. Complete order button remains grayed out no matter what I do.

I can't log in on my Samsung phone. I get an "object Object" message. No clue what that means. But I can log in on my lap top.
I had a problem with the app. I was unable to use my 5.00 reward it expired on me. I could not retrieve the reward in this at the restaurant. It was today, 3/3/23. Could the reward be reset in my app? It was for 5.00. I was very disappointed ☹️ I could not use my reward.
Made a purchase today and asked cashier to scan my rewards QR code. Was told their scanner was down. Cannot locate where on app I can input bacode from order. Barcode is 5749278838346. Where to enter this number?

Cannot use the offers. It says select available offers and choose which reward to apply. There is no tab for available offers at checkout. I’m only able to redeem in store. So how do I use my offers?
