This app I had an order ready to send in in the app turned off lock me out and I haven’t been able to get back in this happens constantly. I hope something happens to get this fixed finally
App won’t let me load my e-gift cards
Will not let me update my payment method . Every time I try to update I get a msg that says there is aproblem adding your credit card please check details. Checked details several times. All the info is correct
Couldn’t log on to the iPhone app. Deleted and added the app. Finally figured out that VPN needs to be switched off to log on. Now it works again. Peet’s needs to step up their app game.
Points on app not aligning with points at store.
The app has not been working for ages now. It will not redeem the points, so imagine my points expired. I used to also order for pick up on my work to work but since the app won’t ‘place the order’, i stopped ordering. One day, i decided to go to the coffee shop to let them know about their app, the crew said, ‘yeah sometmes it doesn’t work’, i told her then, ‘well it doesn’t work at all for me for ages now’. The app has never recovered. Awful app.
Peet's app won't let me load any funds
I have found the rewards difficult to use. I had 121 reward points and I wanted to use 120 for a latte. The barista said to click the "in store" on the app. The reward did not show up and the barista said that this happens with the app. So, I paid for my coffee and then after I left the store, I later checked to see if reward points were removed. They left 11 reward points on my app and it looks like I can use the reward within a month. I wanted to use the reward the day I purchased the coffee and not at another time. I am not confident that the reward will work the next time I go to Peets. I have had this happen on more than one occasion. The staff are understandably too busy to properly assist with this and most likely do not know how the rewards work in store. I would like some assistance and guarantee that these points/rewards will be useable. Thank you. Allyson
The app suddenly won't accept any form of payment, including the balance on my Peet's card or a new credit card. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it worked one time. Today I had the same problem. Very frustrating.
Will not let me add money. The store did last time but it never showed up. They said it did on there side but still nothing
Your app sucks. I can't load more money on it, it just says "system error". This is why I go to Starbucks. Their app always works. It's a shame you have so many of the same complaints, yet it never gets fixed. I'm surprised Peet's is still in business. This isn't the first time I've told Peet's about this problem either. When I tell the employees in the store, they just seem to have accepted that the app doesn't work. What kind of business is this? It's sad, because your product is better than Starbucks, but quite frankly, I don't care anymore. I'm going where they care about the customer. Sorry, but you lost business today, and many other days due to your poor concern of the customer.

I have tried all the solutions for the iOS app on my iPhone 14 pro. (Same issue existed when I had an iPhone 13 pro. On my iMac I am able to log on with my email address and password but I cannot on my phone. Repeated error message: "There was an error while trying to log in to your account. Please check all of the required fields try submitting again." How can I access payment using my account when I can't even log on to the phone app???
I can’t open the app. I get a message to sign in and when I do it says error. This is the 4th day with this issue. I’ve turned the phone off. I’ve even tried to create a new account and get the same message.
I have been trying to do a mobile order but was kept getting an error message when trying to reload my card balance.
