How to fix BRB app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BRB app on iPhone
Update BRB app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BRB iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BRB on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BRB network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BRB Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BRB not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BRB App
1. On android, goto Settings » BRB » click [Force Stop]

Update BRB to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BRB App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BRB » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BRB.

Fix BRB unable to contact server/ BRB internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BRB » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BRB » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BRB
