How to Cancel Kinsa Subscription on your iPhone or iPad.

  1. First, open the settings app and tap on your name.
  2. Then, tap on the "Subscriptions" tab.
    (Note that you might not automatically see this tab. In that case, tap on iTunes & Appstore)
  3. Next, tap on your Apple ID. View Apple ID then sign in and scroll down to the "Subscriptions" button.
  4. Next, tap on Kinsa (subscription) you want to review.
  5. Now, Tap on Cancel.
    (Note that if you don't see a "Cancel Subscription" button for Kinsa, then it's definitely canceled already. It won't be renewed anymore).

How to Cancel Kinsa Subscription on your Android device

To cancel Kinsa subscription on Android, you need to realize that deleting the Kinsa app alone won't cut it. Follow the steps below:

  1. First, open the Google Play Store. If you have multiple Google accounts, be sure you're signed into the right one.
  2. Click on menu, then go to "Subscriptions".
  3. Choose the Kinsa subscription you wish to cancel and tap on the "Cancel Subscription" option.
  4. Finish up as directed.

Once your Kinsa subscription has been removed from Google Play, your future subscriptions will be cancelled and won't be renewed anymore.

How to Cancel Kinsa Subscription on a Mac computer.

To cancel Kinsa subscription on your Mac, do the following:

  1. First open the Mac App Store, then click on your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Click on the "View Information" tab at the top of the window and sign in if asked to do so.
  3. Scroll down on the next page shown to you until you see the "Subscriptions" tab then click on "Manage".
  4. Click "Edit" beside the Kinsa app and then click on "Cancel Subscription".

Note: Always make sure to use the exact username and ID you used to set up the subscription to manage that subscription when necessary. This is sometimes different from the Apple ID or Android brand ID you have set up.

To cancel your Kinsa subscription on PayPal, do the following:

  1. First log into your PayPal account at .
  2. Click on the settings tab which is beside the logout option.
  3. Press "Payments" from the menu provided to you and click on "Manage Automatic Payments" in the Automatic Payments dashboard.
  4. You'll be shown a series of merchants' agreement you've transacted before. Click on "Kinsa" to cancel.
  5. You will be shown a confirmation page. Click on the "Cancel Automatic Payments" tab to affirm that you want to stop making payments to Kinsa.
  6. Then click "Done" on the verification page to complete the unsubscription.

What to do if your subscribed directly on Kinsa's website?

Here's how to cancel your Kinsa subscription when billed through a payments provider that is not the Appstore, Playstore or Paypal.

Sometimes, you may start a subscription directly on a company's website without using an extra layer of security like Paypal or Apple. To unsubscribe, you might have to sign into Kinsa's website or directly reach out to the payments provider.

Generally, here are two steps you can take if you find yourself in that fix:

  2. If the company has an app they developed in the Appstore, you can try contacting Transform Health Inc. (the app developer) for help through the details of the app.

How to delete Kinsa account

  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold Kinsa until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the Kinsa app from your phone.

Method 2:

Go to Settings and click on General then click on "iPhone Storage". You will then scroll down to see the list of all the apps installed on your iPhone. Tap on the app you want to uninstall and delete the app.

For iOS 11 and above:

Go into your Settings and click on "General" and then click on iPhone Storage. You will see the option "Offload Unused Apps". Right next to it is the "Enable" option. Click on the "Enable" option and this will offload the apps that you don't use.

  1. First open the Google Play app, then press the hamburger menu icon on the top left corner.
  2. After doing these, go to "My Apps and Games" option, then go to the "Installed" option.
  3. You'll see a list of all your installed apps on your phone.
  4. Now choose Kinsa, then click on "uninstall".
  5. Also you can specifically search for the app you want to uninstall by searching for that app in the search bar then select and uninstall.

    Saved me a trip to the doctor

    It’s hard to believe, but this thing is AWESOME!! How does a thermometer app get 5 stars? When, from my phone, it helps me know if my son is sick and needs to go to the ER or just to rest and recover. Serious lifesaver!! I bought the thermometer because it was well reviewed and I thought the app/internet combo would be pretty cool, maybe a little helpful. However, when it’s 3am 😴, your son is screaming 😭, you have no idea what to do next 😳, and the app actually tells me get his fever down and manage him at home. That’s a winner 🎉🎉🎉! It has profiles for the whole family, I can keep track of everything, including symptoms when any of us are sick, in one place, the app already has the fever info because it’s connected.     Best app ever!!!

    I’m a mom of 3 and I’m so happy that Kinsa saved me a trip to the doctors office! My youngest was feeling really sick, but after taking her temp and adding her symptoms, this app told me I could help her feel better at home. I called my doctor just to check, and he was really impressed with the guidance this app gave me - and agreed I didn’t need to come in unless she started feeling worse. So thankful!     Thank you for making such a great product. The thermometer is much faster than any other I’ve bought from a drugstore but it’s the app that really puts this product into a whole new level. It is such a relief to see the next steps in the app about giving my child medication or taking them to the doctor. With a baby, it really helps calm me down. Great use of technology right here.

    I love that the app can track symptoms and fever over time for easy relaying to the doctor. The guidance piece is also useful, even though it can seem like common sense, when your child is sick it’s nice to see what the recommendations are!

    We love our Kinsa and the app is so helpful when you’re not sure what a certain temp means. For instance, do I take my child in for a 101 degree fever? I love that the app tells me what’s “normal” and “high”. Love the ability to track my whole family in separate profiles. This is a game changer!
